The Reinhold Ganz Lecture
Reinhold Ganz has opened a new era of understanding and treatment of hip
disease. As a Chair of the Department of Orthopaedics of the University of
Berne he has fostered academic orthopaedic excellence and educated a
generation of orthopaedic surgeons. As a Consultant at the Department of
Orthopaedics of the University of Zurich from 2004 to 2007 he served as a
role model for analyzing and treating orthopaedic problems and substantially contributed to the Department‘s development.
In recognition of his past and present contributions, «The Reinhold Ganz
Lecture» was created in 2010. We are proud to invite to the sixth «Reinhold Ganz Lecture» which will take place on April 28th, 2016.
