AQHA/APHA/ApHC/NSBA European Judges Seminar 2016, General Information The AQHA, APHA, ApHC and NSBA will conduct an AQHA European Judges Seminar on (April 5 -10) 2016 in Germany. From April 5 – 7th noon, the seminar is for existing judges only. On the 7th at 1 pm the seminar starts for applicants until April 9, existing judges are welcome. Sunday, April 10 is for judge applicants only. The seminar will be arranged at Business-Sporthotel Grosswallstadt, 63868 Grosswallstadt, 80 km east of Frankfurt/Main. Fees AQHA/APHA/ApHC/NSBA-Judges Seminar for Existing European Judges 2 ½ days (April 5 – 7, 2016): 150 Euro 3 ½ days (April 5 – 8, 2016): 200 Euro Fees AQHA/APHA/ApHC/NSBA-Judges Seminar for European Judge Applicants 2 ½ days (April 7 – 9, 2016): 150 Euro 3 ½ days (April 7 – 10, 2016): 250 Euro Exam fee for each association: 100 Euro The fees include: Documentation Lunch (April 6 + 8-10) and coffee break (April 5 – 10) Personal hotel accommodation costs (room, mini-bar etc.) are not included in the seminar fees. The AQHA/APHA/ApHC/NSBA European Judges Seminar (for judge applicants) will be held on April 7 - 9, 2016. The rule book test(s) for applicants will be the last item of business on April 9 followed by the video tests and interviews on April 10, 2016. NOTE: The European Judges Seminar on April 7 – 9 may be attended by any AQHA/APHA/ApHC or NSBA member without taking the test. The fee will be 150 Euro. The seminar is held in English language by AQHA/APHA/ApHC/NSBA judge trainers. Applicants should be familiar with the AQHA/APHA/ApHC/NSBA rulebook and must have a valid individual AQHA/APHA/ApHC/NSBA membership. A NSBA judge certification exam will be held in conjunction with the test classes on April 10, the application fee is 100 Euro. Carded judges who wish to become a judge for another association also, may attend the seminar and the test from 7 - 10th April only. Premises: All applicants have to submit the AQHA/APHA/ApHC/NSBA European judge application forms by February 15, 2016. AQHA applicants have to submit a reference from the President of the International Quarter Horse Association of the country in which they reside. The minimum age for applicants is: AQHA-25 years, APHA-21 years, ApHC-25 years, NSBA-25 years. Applicants must have a current membership in the international association.
