すべて同一の証明書用カラー写真/上記１と９の申請書に貼付する写真の枚数を含みます。
4cm×3cm、正面向、無背景、3ヶ月以内に撮影されたもの。　帽子、眼鏡は外してください。

来日までにご用意いただき、来日の

be brought to us by him/her.
