コネクタは、X-Y-Z 方向へ可動し基板間の位置ずれに対応します。
同一基板上への多数個配列も可能。作業性の向上に貢献
します。こじりに強い設計構造。各種基板間高さにも対応。
0.5mmピッチから2.00mmピッチまで、豊富なバリエーションを
用意しています。自動車電装品から、ゲーム機、モバイル機器まで、
幅広くご使用いただけます。

Floating board to board connectors are able to absorb fitting axis gaps in the X, Y, and Z
directions. We enabled the many several sequence to the same board top, which
drastically improves the workability. We can offer the many kinds of distance between
the boards from 0.5mm pitch to 2.00mm pitch. Contact structure resistant to impact.
Used for connection in a wide range of portable device, video game machine and
automotive equipment.

はんだ付け
Soldering
■ 弊社推奨基板寸法をご確認ください。
■ When designing printed circuit boards (PCBs), see our recommended PCB dimensions.
■ はんだ付けの際は、弊社製品仕様書をご確認の上、仕様書記載温度、時間以下になるよう注意してご使用ください。
■ コネクタを嵌合した状態で、はんだ付けを行わないでください。
■ はんだ量が適切でない場合、接触不良、動作不良などが発生する恐れがあります。
■ When soldering, observe the temperature and time limitations specified in the product specifications.
■ Do not solder a connector while fitting of plug and socket connectors.
■ Soldering with an improper amount of solder may cause contact failure or malfunction.
可動コネクタの使用 ■ 可動コネクタは、嵌合作業性の向上、基板の位置ずれ吸収に効果がありますが、振動そのものを吸収するためのものではございません。
Using Floating connectors
基板と基板との固定は、コネクタのみで保持せず、基板もしくは、シャーシ自体を必ずビスなどで固定してください。コネクタのみで支えた
場合、予期せぬ振動で抜けたり、半田付け部にクラックなどが生じ接触不良を起こす危険があります。
■ 同一基板上への多数個配列を行う場合は、プラグ側もしくはソケット側コネクタが、可動（フローティング）タイプであることをご確認くだ
さい。固定タイプのコネクタ同士を組み合わせた場合、嵌合交差により嵌合不良となる恐れがありますのでご注意ください。
■ その他、使用条件につきましては、弊社担当までお問合せ下さい。尚、弊社の定める使用条件以外でご使用いただいた場合は、保証
などの対処になりませんのでご了承下さい。
■ Floating connectors are able to absorb fitting axis gaps and increase fitting productivity. However, they do not absorb vibration. When connecting boards, fix board and / or chassis using
ascrew. Using connector only cannot fix boards firmly.
■ Confirm that a plug side or socket side connector is a floating type if you arrange a connector in many several on the same board. It might not be possible for fit with the board when you put
the connectors of the fixed type together.
■ For using conditions, please contact us. We cannot be held responsible for malfunctions and / or damages caused by using the connectors in ways not specified.
BtoBコネクタの挿抜 ■ コネクタは、挿入口に正しくまっすぐに挿入してください。斜め挿入など正しく挿入されていない場合は、導通不良の原因となります。
Insertion and removal of Connectors
■ コネクタに無理な力を加えると破損の原因となります。
■ ロック解除の際に、ドライバーなど先端が細く硬い工具を使用しての操作、またコネクタの片側のみに力を加えての操作は行わないで
ください。変形・破損することがあります。
■ Always insert the connectors straight away into the slot correctly. Inserting the connector into the slot diagonally or improperly may cause faulty electrical continuity.
■ Forcing of the connectors may cause breakage.
■ Do not use any sharp-pointed hard tools such as screwdriver to unlock the connector. Do not try to unlock the connector by applying a force to only one side of the connector. Otherwise, the
connector may be deformed or broken.
