Five patients with neocortical epilepsy were reviewed. Multiple band frequency analysis (MBFA) is conducted to detect FOs, and gradient magnetic-field topography (GMFT) is used for localization of the FOs. MBFA revealed FOs with 50-100 Hz in all patients except for one patient. GMFT could localize the FOs, and the distributions were concordant to that of high frequency oscillations in iEEG.
