These passes provide discount benefits at the service providers listed below. By simply presenting the pass (called the “pass holder
privilege”), you will receive discounts on goods and services at participating businesses. These discounts may be used together
with coupons worth 100 yen each for adults, and 50 yen each for children. A three-day pass comes with ten 100-yen coupons
(total value 1,000 yen) for adults, or ten 50-yen coupons (total value 500 yen) for children. A two-day pass comes with five
100-yen coupons (total value 500 yen) for adults, or five 50-yen coupons (total value 250 yen) for children. Coupons are not
offered with one-day passes. Passes can be purchased up to 7 days before the date of use.
The following conditions apply to bus passes and coupons:
1. Valid dates of the pass and/or coupons are specified on each pass and coupon.
2. Bus passes are only applicable to normal fixed route bus lines, not to sightseeing tour buses or special liner services.
3. Coupons may be used separately or all together. However, no change will be made by the vendors for the value of the coupons. Please
pay cash for the difference in price after using coupons.
4. No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of bus passes. Unused coupons also will not be refunded.
5. Coupons are valid only at the providers listed below. Please detach coupons only at the time of use.
6. The pass holder privilege discounts will only be given to individual bus pass holders.
7. Bus passes are only valid after purchase. Travel expenses to the Niigata Kotsu Sado information offices before purchase are not
covered.
8. Coupons may not be used for vending machines or the following purchases: alcohol, cigarettes, bags of rice grain, or specially
discounted items.
9. The services for which coupons may be used vary at each provider. Eligible services are indicated by the following marks:
