平成２７年度理学研究院研究者養成支援金募集要領
Guidelines for Support Fund for Fostering Researchers at the Faculty of Science 2015
１．目的 Purpose
研究者を目指す学業成績が優秀な大学院生学生に対し、研究活動に集中できる環境
を整備するための支援金を給付することにより、大学院における研究活動の充実を図
り、もって優れた研究者の養成を図ることを目的とする。
For graduate students with high academic achievement who aim to be
researchers, this program aims to foster excellent researchers by providing the
fund to develop environment where graduates students can focus on the research
activities.
２．給付対象者の資格 Applicant Eligibility
平成 27 年 10 月に理学院に在籍する又は在籍予定の博士後期課程学生のうち、指導
教員が理学研究院の教員であるもの。
なお、日本学術振興会特別研究員など他の機関から研究費を受給することができな
い者は申請不可。
Doctoral course students who are enrolled or expected to be enrolled in the
Graduate School of Science as of October 2015. In addition to the above
qualification, doctoral course students whose supervisors affiliate the Faculty of
Science.
Students who cannot receive research fund from other institutes including
Research Fellowship for Young Scientists of Japan Society for the Promotion of
Science are not eligible to apply.
３．支援金給付額 Support Fund
２５万円を一時に給付する。
Each grantee will be provided 250,000 yen at a time.
４．支援金給付者の数 Number of Successful Grantee
１２名程度
Around 12 applicants will be selected.
５．申請書類 Application Documents

Go to “Information for Students” 「学生向け事務連絡」and click “Scholarship
and Tuition fee exemption” 「奨学金・授業料免除」
６．申請期間 Application Period
平成２７年８月５日（水）から８月１１日（火）までの期間に申請書類を理学・生
命科学事務部事務課大学院教育担当へ提出すること。（期限厳守）
Submit the application documents to the Graduate School Educational Affairs
Section, Science and Life Science Administration Department between August 5,
2015 and August 11, 2015. (Deadline must be observed.)
７．選考方法 Selection
書類審査とする。
Screening of the application materials.
８．選考結果 Application Results
本人宛に通知する。
（９月上旬予定）
Applicants will receive the notification in early September. (Tentative)
９．報告書の提出 Submission of Report
平成２８年３月１１日（金）までに報告書（様式３）を理学・生命科学事務部事務
課大学院教育担当へ提出すること。
Submit the report (Form 3) to the Graduate School Educational Affairs Section,
Science and Life Science Administration Department by March 11, 2016.
１０．個人情報の取扱い Acquisition and Use of Personal Information
提出書類に記入された個人情報はこの支援金給付の選考にのみ利用し、その他の目
的には使用しない。
Personal Information provided by applicants will be used for only this selection
process and will not be used for other purposes.
