フレッシュハーブのアフタヌーンティー・トーク (定員18名)
お待たせいたしました！恒例になりましたフレッシュハーブの採取と、摘みたてのハーブを味わう人気イベント
を今年も実施致します。｢ＮＨＫ趣味の園芸｣やアークガーデニングクラブの講師としてご活躍中の園芸研
究家・杉井明美先生にご指導頂き、サントリーホール屋上のアークガーデンでフレッシュハーブの採取を行
います。その後クラブにもどり、フレッシュハーブの薫り高い美味しさを楽しみながら杉井先生からハーブの育
て方についてお話を伺います。採取したハーブもお持ち帰り頂けますので、ふるってご参加下さい。尚、雨
天の場合も実施しますので、その際は雨合羽をご用意下さい。

当クラブギャラリーにて集合：時間厳守、ルーフガーデンへ移動。

Afternoon Tea Talk with Fresh Herbs (limited to 18)
It is time once again for one of our most popular annual events! Mrs. Akemi Sugii, a well-known
gardener who teaches at the ARK Gardening Club and is a regular instructor on NHK’s Gardening
Program, will guide us through the ARK Garden on top of Suntory Hall as she talks about how to
plant and raise herbs at home. During the walk, we will pick fresh herbs, which will be used to prepare herb tea for our Afternoon Tea Set later at the Club. Feel free to take home any of the fresh
herbs you pick. Should it rain, please bring a raincoat and a hat.
