Under dirty ambient conditions plug vent holes in the housing to
prevent dirt penetration.
汚れた環境で使用する場合、ハウジングのドレン穴から異物が
入するのを避けるためドレン穴はプラグしてください。
If DEUBLIN vent cartridge is used, install at 6 o’clock position
until stop, secure ventilation if necessary with 2 cartridges.
ベントカートリッジを使用する場合、必ず下向きの 6 時方向の位置
に取り付けスムーズに排出するようにしてください。ベントカートリ
ッジを 2 ヶ使う必要がある場合、ユニオン内の換気を確実に行うよ
うにしてください。
Attach the DEUBLIN Rotating Union onto the shaft with sealant
or PTFE tape.
回転ユニオンを機械側シャフトへ取り付ける際は、ネジ形状によっ
てシールテープ、
ガスケット或いはシール剤を塗布してください。

Option: Connect flange rotor. Secure flange by tightening bolts
in a star pattern.
オプション：フランジ式の取り付けは、締め込み用のボルトを対角
の順に均等に締め込んでください。
DEUBLIN unions should not be used to convey flammable media (flash point ≤ 60 °C or 140 °F) as leakage may result in explosions or fires. DEUBLIN unions should be used in accordance with standard safety
guidelines for the media, and in a well-ventilated area. The use of our product on hazardous or corrosive
media is strictly forbidden.
DEUBLIN 回転ユニオンは可燃性（発火点 60 ℃ 以上）の流体で使用しますと、洩れた時に爆発や火災につ
ながりますので絶対に使用しないでください。
デュブリン回転ユニオンは安全ガイドラインに添った流体で、
十分に換気されている場所で使用してください。当社製品は危険な流体や腐食性の高い流体での使用は禁じ
られています。
DEUBLIN Rotating Unions may only be installed by personnel who have experience and know-how
in plumbing and in the media used.

This installation sheet should not be used as a replacement for the instruction manual but
in addition to it. Follow the instruction manual (The instruction manual can be downloaded
at www.deublin.com).

For safe operation only use genuine DEUBLIN parts.
•
For safe operation only use hoses which are appropriate for the media and the mechanical
stress.
•
Please follow the engineering specifications of the machine builder for the installation of the
rotating union.
•
For a proper installation you need the technical drawing of the current rotating union. Please
contact DEUBLIN.
Arrange and connect the hoses without any strains, torsional
stress or sharp bends.

Tighten the bolts in a star pattern.

Inspect visually.
Press in flush.
目視チェック
同じ高さまで圧入する
Attach the threaded plugs with sealant or PTFE tape.
Use PTFE tape or Loctite® for sealing
tapered threads (NPT threads).
Correct non-flush pressing in.
プラグにシールテープやシール剤を塗布して締め込みます。
テーパネジはシールテープ或いはロッ
クタイトでシールしてください
不十分な圧入は修正する
Attach appropriate, ﬂexible hose with sealant or PTFE tape.
No rigid piping!
Option: Attach hose with SAE-flange onto rotating union (use
supplied O-Ring)
Seal leakage.
Use a gasket for sealing parallel
threads.
平行ネジではガスケットを使用
洩れを止める
Connect drain port at 6 o’clock position.
フレキシブルホースの継手にシールテープ、
シール剤を塗布して
締め込みます。鋼管による配管はしないでください。
オプション： SAE フランジ式の場合、付属のＯ−リングを使用して
回転ユニオンに接続してください。
6 時方向にドレン配管してください
Assure concentricity.
Do not run dry.
芯出しを確実にしてください
空回転禁止
DUO / 復路型
1. Prepare installation / 取り付け準備
Attach siphon pipe according to type into the elbow with sealant
or PTFE tape.
Remove loosely pre-assembled plug (if supplied).
仮止めされているプラグを取り外します。
使用するタイプ別にサイフォンパイプをエルボに取り付けます。
ネジ式の場合、
シールテープやシール材を使用してください。
Attach elbow (with siphon pipe) onto rotating union with sealant
or PTFE tape. Option: If siphon pipe support is part of the rotating union install elbow with sealant or PTFE tape.
Clean the end of the shaft thoroughly.
機械側シャフト端の全体をきれいにしてください。
Chuck the DEUBLIN Rotating Union into a vise as shown.
回転ユニオンを図のようにバイスで固定します。
