木々 日守山 を仰ぐ 日守山は、正式名称を大嵐山といい、標高 191mの山です。山頂から函南町を見渡せる のはもちろんのこと、沼津、三島、富士山や箱 根山、駿河湾まで眺めることができます。 家族そろってのハイキングにも最適です。 Look up at trees 原生の森公園 函南町北東部来光川の源流部に位置する標高460 ～ 680ｍの約14.0haの地域（保安林）を、国土保全とあわ せて保健休養の場として公共治山事業（生活環境保全 林整備事業）により整備しました。 「函南原生林」沿いにある「原生の森公園」では、展望台 から富士山、駿河湾等の遠望を楽しむことができます。 Mt. The summit offers views around Kannami-cho and beyond to Numazu, Mishima, Mount Fuji, Mount Hakone and the Gulf of Suruga. 美しく豊かな自然が いっぱいの町 原生林は、鞍掛山の南西側の、標高五五〇 ｍ か ら 八 六 〇 ｍ の と こ ろ に あ り ま す。広 さ は、二二三ヘクタールです。 こ こ に は、涼 し い 場 所 を 好 む カ エ デ、ブ ナ、ケヤキなどに混じって、温かい場所を好 むアカガシやウラジロガシなどとその中間 もの mm に育つヒメシャラが生育しているのが特徴 です。原生林には、一年間に一八〇〇 雨が降り、それが地面に染み込み、来光川の 水となって流れていきます。 原生林は「緑のダム」の役割を果たしてい て、森の葉などが積もった土の下には、豊か な地下水が、蓄えられています。その水が長 い 時 間 を か け て 染 み 出 し、川 を 作 っ て い き ます。来光川の上流は、綺麗な澄んだ水の流 Mt. Himori On the southwest side of Kurakake Mountain, from an altitude of 550m to 860m lies a primeval forest encompassing 223ha. Here maple, which prefer a cool place, are joined by beech and a mix of trees including zelkova. Himeshara grow in warmer locations. and between them grow cyclobalanopsis and quercus salicina among others. The 1800mm yearly rainfall soaks into the ground and eventually becomes the flowing waters of the Raiko River. The virgin forest plays the role of a "Green Dam". Large amounts of rich groundwater stored in the piled up leaves and soil ooze out gradually to produce the clean, clear water of the Raiko River’s upper reaches. れです。 A beautiful town rich in nature Mt.
