関係者各位
平素よりスタークルーズグループ各船の販売に関し格別なるご高配賜り、誠に有難う御座います。
このたび、ホノルル発着にてハワイ四島周遊クルーズを運航しております「プライドオブアメリカ」が改装
工事の為ドライドックに入り、このため 2016 年 2 月 20 日(土)から 2016 年 3 月 19 日(土)に出航す
るクルーズが運航中止となることが決定いたしました。

プライドオブアメリカ運航中止に伴う対応案
運航中止の対象期間中に御予約いただいておりますお客様へは以下、3 つの対応策を御案内の上、
いずれかの御希望をお選びいただきますようお願い申し上げます。
選択 1 : 御予約の振替 (ホノルル発着ハワイ四島周遊 7 泊 8 日クルーズ)
 2016 年 12 月までに出航するプライドオブアメリカ、ホノルル発着ハワイ四島周遊 7 泊 8 日クルーズ
の同等キャビンへ差額なしで振替を賜ります。(2015 年 12 月 19 日、12 月 26 日出航クルーズを除く)
 御振替えいただきましたお客様には、船内で御利用いただけるオンボードクレジットを下記のとおり
御提供させていただきます。
 スイートまたはペントハウスのカテゴリーを御予約のお客様 : 1 キャビンにつき 200 米ドル
 上記以外のキャビンカテゴリーを御予約のお客様 : 1 キャビンにつき 100 米ドル
選択 2 : 御予約の振替 (サンフランシスコ発ホノルル着 11 泊 12 日クルーズ)
 2016 年 3 月 15 日(火)に出航するプライドオブアメリカ、サンフランシスコ発ホノルル着 11 泊 12 日
クルーズの同等キャビンへ差額なしで振替を賜ります。
 御振替えいただきましたお客様には、船内で御利用いただけるオンボードクレジットを下記のとおり
御提供させていただきます。
 スイートまたはペントハウスのカテゴリーを御予約のお客様 : 1 キャビンにつき 200 米ドル
 上記以外のキャビンカテゴリーを御予約のお客様 : 1 キャビンにつき 100 米ドル
選択 3 : 御予約の振替 (ノルウェージャンクルーズライン客船運航の他クルーズ)
 2016 年 4 月 30 日までに出航するノルウェージャンクルーズライン客船の他クルーズへ振替を賜ります。
御予約の振替に際しては、振替先クルーズの料金が適用となります。
 御振替えいただきましたお客様には、船内で御利用いただけるオンボードクレジットを下記のとおり
御提供させていただきます。
 スイートまたはペントハウスのカテゴリーを御予約のお客様 : 1 キャビンにつき 200 米ドル
 上記以外のキャビンカテゴリーを御予約のお客様 : 1 キャビンにつき 100 米ドル
※オンボードクレジットはサービスチャージのお支払には適用となりませんので、御留意ください。
※グループでの御予約に関してはオンボードクレジットの御提供が適用となりませんので、
各営業担当者へお問い合わせください。
御予約の振替に際して発生する航空券の差額や変更料に関して、ノルウェージャンクルーズラインでは、
お一人様あたり最大 300 米ドルまで負担させていただきます。(キャンセルに伴う航空会社からの請求書な
ど、別途証明が必要となります。) また、御予約の振替に御協力いただきました各代理店様には 25 米ドル
を追加コミッションとしてお支払させていただきます。
お客様へ御連絡いただき、7 月 1 日(水)までに、弊社へ御希望の選択に関してお知らせください。
なお期日までに御連絡がない場合には、御予約は自動的にキャンセルとなりますので御注意ください。
お取引先各社様、および該当のお客様には御迷惑をおかけすることとなり誠に恐縮ですが、

IMPORTANT:
CANCELLED SAILING INFORMATION
Dear Valued Travel Partner:
Norwegian Cruise Line’s US-flagged vessel, Pride of America, will be undergoing maintenance and
enhancements in early 2016. As a result, Pride of America’s 7-Day Hawaii Inter-Island sailings from Honolulu
from February 20, 2016 to March 19, 2016 are no longer available, as the ship will be out of service. Norwegian
Cruise Line sincerely apologizes for this cancellation and would like to thank you and your guests for your
understanding.
Norwegian is offering guests currently booked and fully deposited on these sailings the following options:

Option 1: Select any of Pride of America’s available 7-Day Hawaii Inter-Island sailings from June 2015 to
December 2016 (excluding December 19 and December 26, 2015) and the cruise fare will be protected. If
guests choose this option, we are pleased to provide a $100 per stateroom onboard credit to be used on
any expenditure on the ship (excluding service charges). If guests are currently booked in a suite
(category codes that begin with S), we are pleased to provide a $200 per stateroom onboard credit to be
used on any expenditure on the ship (excluding service charges).

Option 2: Select the Pride of America March 15, 2016 11-Day Hawaii sailing from San Francisco to
Honolulu and the cruise fare will be protected. If guests choose this option, we are pleased to provide a
$100 per stateroom onboard credit to be used on any expenditure on the ship (excluding service charges).
If guests are currently booked in a suite (category codes that begin with S), we are pleased to provide a
$200 per stateroom onboard credit to be used on any expenditure on the ship (excluding service charges).

Option 3: Select any other available sailing in our fleet from now until April 30, 2016 at the current
published fare and your deposit will be applied towards your reservation. With this option, we are pleased
to offer a $100 per stateroom onboard credit to be used on any expenditure on the ship (excluding service
charges). If guests are currently booked in a suite (category codes that begin with S), we are pleased to
offer a $200 per stateroom onboard credit to be used on any expenditure on the ship (excluding service
charges).
Travel partners who move their guests to any of the above sailings will receive a $25 bonus commission.
Changes must be made by Wednesday, July 1, 2015, to receive the bonus. Norwegian will also cover up
to $300 maximum per guest air change fee.
We look forward to hearing from you by Wednesday, July 1, 2015, so that we can modify your guest’s
reservation. If we don’t hear from you by Wednesday, July 1, 2015, reservations will be automatically cancelled
and deposits refunded. We are standing by to assist you on our dedicated support line at (877) 461-1160 from
9:00 am to 7:00 pm ET Monday through Friday.
