Project plan and Target dates
 In the NP or RR Document, a project plan must
be provided, with estimated dates for: CD, CDV,
FDIS and IS
 In every report document, RVN, CC, RVC and
RVD, a target date for the next stage must be
provided
 Only the target date for the next stage is
monitored; it may be modified, based on a
decision taken during a plenary meeting and
submitted for approval to the SMB

 NP あるいは RR 文書には、CD, CDV, FDIS 及び ISの予
定日によるプロジェクト計画が示されていなければならない。
 各報告文書、RVN, CC, RVC 及び RVD、には次のステー
ジの目標期日が示されていなければならない
 次のステージの目標期日だけが監視される; それは、総会
での決議及びSMBでの承認に基づき、修正されるかもしれ
ない。

Forecast Publication date
 Initially, the Forecast Publication date is equal to
the IS target date indicated in the project plan
 Forecast Publication date is calculated
automatically in our information system, based
on the progress of the project stages
 This date cannot be modified by the TC/SC

Maintenance of documents
Definition:
Keeping existing International Standards (IS), Technical
Specifications (TS) and Technical Reports (TR) updated, whilst
respecting industries’ needs for stable publications
Each publication shall be reviewed to assess whether it has an
acceptable usage prior to evaluating if maintenance is needed.
