【重要なお知らせ】偽物にご注意ください！
平素よりセーラー万年筆（以下当社）製品をご愛用いただきまして、誠にありがとうございます。
最近、当社が販売している万年筆インクに関して、ネットショップ等での小分け商品やパッケージ偽装品
などの偽物商品が販売されていることが判明いたしました。
（1）現在当社が一般販売している万年筆インクは、定型外のボトル形状・パッケージでの販売はいたして
おりません。それ以外のボトル形状・パッケージで販売されているものについて、当社は品質保証等一切
の責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。

（2）各販売店様限定オリジナルインクは、その販売店様のみが販売する製品であり、その販売店様以外の
ネットショップやオークションサイトで掲載されている製品については、当社および該当店様は責任を負
いかねますのでご了承ください。
（3）当社イベント「インク工房」にて作成されたオリジナルインクは、原則としてイベントに参加された
お客様ご本人がお買い求めいただくもので、日本国内のみの受注販売となっており一般販売はしておりま
せん。
「インク工房製」と称してインク名やボトルラベルを偽装しネットショップやオークションサイト
で販売しているものについて、当社は責任を負いかねますのでご了承ください。
このような偽物商品を当社の正規品かのように販売する行為は、お客様、当社製品正規取扱販売店様およ
び当社に対し、誤解や損失を与えるものです。皆様におかれましても、ネットショップやオークションサ
イトご利用の際は十分にご確認の上、ご購入いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
また、誠に恐縮ですが、偽物商品を購入されたことにより発生した不利益、損害等につきましては、当社
はその責任を負いかねますのであらかじめご了承くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

【重要通知】小心假冒产品！
平素非常感谢您使用写乐钢笔（以下简称本公司）的产品。
关于本公司销售的钢笔墨水，最近发现在网店等渠道销售小包装产品或者包装仿冒品等
假冒产品。
（1）当前本公司只公开销售定型的瓶装或包装的钢笔墨水。至于销售中的定型外的瓶
装或包装的钢笔墨水，本公司概不承担质量保证等责任，敬请谅解。

（2）各销售店限量原创墨水，只属于该销售店限售的产品，至于该销售店以外的网店
或者拍卖网上销售的产品，本公司及相关店铺概不负责，敬请谅解。
（3）在本公司开办的活动“墨水工房”中制作的原创墨水，原则上只允许参加活动的
顾客本人购买，而且只限日本国内开展订单销售，并未开展全面零售。对于诈称“墨水
工房制造”，仿冒墨水名和瓶子标签在网店或者拍卖网上销售的墨水，本公司概不负责，
敬请谅解。
冒充本公司的正规品销售这些仿冒产品的行为，会对顾客、本公司产品正规销售店以及
本公司造成误解和损失。奉劝大家在利用网店或者拍卖网时，进行足够确认后再购买。
此外，关于购买仿冒产品所蒙受的危害及损失等，本公司概不负责，敬请谅解。

Important notice - Be aware of counterfeits
Thank you for using Sailor products. Recently we have discovered ‘non genuine’
Sailor branded inks sold in non-genuine packages mainly through online
shops.
1. We provide specific types of ink bottles and cartridge inks as can
be seen on our website (http://www.sailor.co.jp/lineup/fountainpen-others). We
have no plan to introduce different bottles or packages. The use of non-genuine
packages without our permission is illegal and there is every possibility that the
inks inside are not made by Sailor. Sailor Pen is not responsible for the losses
and any damage caused by the fake inks and the packages.
2. Our inks custom made for the specific retailers are available only from the
retailers involved. These retailers and Sailor are not responsible for such
inks when sold by any third parties online or at auction sites.
3. The inks made at the Sailor Ink Workshop are to be sold only to the people
who showed up and ordered at the Ink Workshop. The inks are for personal use
and the quantity of ink is limited to only a few. We found some inks that are sold
as if they were made at the Ink Workshop at online shops and they are not made
by Ink Workshop. Also we do not sell these inks made at the Ink
Workshop to online shops or outside Japan.
We recommend that you buy Sailor products only from our authorised retailers
for your own safety. If you do buy from online shops then special attention
should be paid. Please be advised that Sailor Pen is not responsible for any
losses or damages caused by purchasing such counterfeit products.
