※申請書類の提出先は、研究責任者が所属する箇所の事務所です（理工学術院は、技術企画総務課）。
※委員会終了後 1 週間を目途に審査結果をメールおよび学内便でお知らせします。「承認」の通知を受けた時点で研究を開始できます。
※迅速審査の場合、委員会開催日の前週を目処に審査結果を通知します。
※「計画変更届」で届出可能な事項について変更する場合は、変更予定日の２週間前まで（但し、臨時の休業日、夏期一斉休業期間、年末年始一
斉休業期間を除く）に「計画変更届」をご提出ください。
*There is a possibility that Schedule may be modified. Please check the latest information on the website.
*Please submit the application form and documents to the administrative office to which the head researcher belongs (researchers
of the Faculty of Science and Engineering are to submit their application form to the Technology Planning Section).
*Researchers will be notified of assessment results via email and the university's internal mail service usually around one week
after the committee meeting. Researchers may commence research upon receipt of notification of approval.
*In case of the expedited review, researchers will be notified of assessment results usually in the preceding week of the committee
meeting.
*When making changes that are covered by the Notification of project modification, please submit the application at least two
weeks before making the change. Exceptions apply to unscheduled holidays, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays.
