非鉄金属の溶接技術に関する報告
Summary of presentation
Since 1968, Forming Machine Division at Mori Machinery Corporation has engaged in
designing and manufacturing cold roll forming machines and forming rolls who has
produced wide variety of tubes and pipes for nearly 50 years.
There is a close connection between welding technology and tube.
Not many people
knows but tubes are essential to our life such as in field of energy saving, environmental
conservation, medical care, transportation, construction and so on.
We have benefited a lot from tubes and will be the same for our happy future.
I will report about these tube manufacturing technologies which we have gathered until the
present and also the recent trend.
1. Heat exchange tubes for automobiles and home electrical appliances
2. SUS tubes for injection needle
3. Heat exchange Ti tubes for nuclear power plant and desalination plant
