○シリコーンワニスガラスチューブはガラス繊維で綱紀された
ガラススリーブに難燃性シリコーンワニスを塗布“乾燥したものです。
使用しているワニスの種類の違いで各品番を設定しており、硬い順に
S-692、 S-693、 S-693Vとなっており、さらに各品番ごとに
電気グレードを設定しております。

ピンホール試験※1 長さ約250mmの試験片をとり、チューブ200mmを2%食塩水に漫潰し、チューブ内側にも2構食塩水を満たす。
チューブはできるだけ折り曲げないようにして30分浸漬後、チューブの内外にそれぞれ内“外部置極として
金属細線を挿入し、この内“外部置極に50-60帖の正弦波に近い波形をもつ置圧1 000Vを1分間印加し、絶
縁破壊しないことを確認する。 (格安法『置気用品の技術基準の解説』に準拠)

outside the tube, and appiy lOOOV Ac whose waveform is simiiar to that of a 50-60Hz sine wave for l min.
check that dieIectric breakdown dose not occur during the test.

250℃/6h「.処理後、室温に冷却し、塗膜の表面にあわ、ふくれがないかを目視にて確認する。更に試験片の
内径よりもやや小さい外径の柔軟な丸棒に差し込み、規定された巻きつけ賦験椿に沿って1 80度折り曲
げてU字形にし、塗膜にひび、割れ、はがれが生じないかを胸べる。但し椿に当たって生ずる仰面及び
内側のひび、割れ、はがれは無視してよい。 (旧JIS C 241111準拠)

Examine bent test pieces visua=y no abnormalfty on the sureface as vamish cracking, Coming Ioose and
faIling, however, it is negIigibIe that caused of pressed mandrel.
