海外渡航の自粛等について
昨今の海外情勢（ISIL（アイスィル）
（いわゆる「イスラム国」）による日本人殺害事案
等）を踏まえ、外務省から渡航情報（広域情報）が発出されるとともに、本学にも文部科
学省から学生及び教職員の安全確保に細心の注意を払うよう要請がありました。
ついては、外務省から「退避勧告」
（シリア・イラク等）が発出されている地域への渡航
については自粛するようお願いします。
また、同様に「渡航延期」、「渡航の是非検討」及び「注意喚起」の地域等についても、
不要不急の渡航については、渡航先や渡航時期の見直し等を十分に検討し、できる限り自
粛するようお願いします。
なお、危険情報が発出されていない地域等に渡航する場合であっても、安全について注
意するとともに、渡航するに当たっては、本学が導入している「OSSMA」
（海外安全危機管
理サービス）及び外務省が実施している渡航登録サービスへの登録を行ってください。

Notice on Safety during Overseas Travel
In light of recent events on the global stage, in particular pertaining to the execution of
Japanese nationals by militants from the Islamic State, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs updated
its overseas travel information, urging travelers to ensure their safety when going abroad.
Recently, the University of Tsukuba also received a request from the Ministry of Education,
Culture, Sports, Science and Technology to advise its students as well as employees to pay
utmost heed to their safety when travelling overseas.
Therefore, we strongly urge you to refrain from any travel to countries and regions (Syria,
Iraq etc.) for which the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued an evacuation advisory.
Furthermore, please refrain from any nonessential and non-urgent travel to regions where
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises deferment or reconsideration of existing travel plans.
Carefully consider your travel period and destination, and make sure to prioritize your safety
above all.
If you intend to travel to regions for which no risk information or travel advisories have been
issued, please make certain that you take appropriate safety measures and register your
travel plans with OSSMA and the MoFA Travel Registration Service.
