御寄付いただいた義援金はマレーシア赤新月を経由して、被災者に届けられます。
RM100 以上のご寄付で、領収証をご希望者の方には、マレーシア赤新月発行の所得税の免税が受けられる領
収証を手配致しますので、本用紙へのご記入をお願い致します。(領収証不要の場合は、この用紙へのご記入は
不要です。) RM100 未満のご寄付の場合は領収証の手配はいたしかねますのでご了解をお願いいたします。
Your valued contribution will be donated to the Malaysian Red Crescent Society (MRCS) to in aid of flood
victims.
For donors whose contributions are RM 100 and above: should you require a receipt of donation from the
MRCS for tax exemption purposes, please fill in the following form.
For donations of RM99 and below, we are unable to arrange MRCS receipts. Thank you for your kind
understanding.
