(Proverbs 3:1-4) My son, let them not depart from your eyes— Keep sound wisdom and discretion; 22 So they will be life to your soul And grace to your neck. 23 Then you will walk safely in your way, And your foot will not stumble. 24 When you lie down, you will not be afraid; Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet. (Proverbs 3:21-24) Wisdom from my Life Mentors: 1 Mom："Don't be afraid of anything." Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. (Joshua 1:9) 2. Dad："Work hard in everything you do." For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. (James 2:26) 3. Coach Lance："Be a leader, not a follower." The LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you only will be above, and you will not be underneath, if you listen to the commandments of the LORD your God, which I charge you today, to observe them carefully, (Deuteronomy 28:13) 4. Dr Krause："Quitting is not an option." I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith. (2 Timothy 4:7) 5. Coach Bo："Never forget where you came from. Be humble." Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, But humility goes before honor. (Proverbs 18:12) Conclusion: ADULTS/PARENTS: Your words and actions will forever mark our children. Mark them well.
