毎月、第1・3 日曜は市役所市民課窓口が
開設しています。ただし、一部の業務に
限ります。

印鑑登録証明書の交付
(注)特別永住者証明書の有効期間更新・
再交付などは、日曜日には手続きできま
せん。

Closed: Saturdays and Sundays, national holidays,
New Year’s holidays (12/29-1/3)
Note: The Citizens’ Division (Shimin-ka) counter
in the City Office is open on the 1st and 3rd
Sunday of each month. However, only limited
services are available.
Hours: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Services: (1) Issuance of Certificate of Residence; (2)
seal registrations and issuing seal registration
certificates.
Note: Some services are not available on Sundays,
such as renewals or reissues of Special Permanent
Resident Certificates.
For more information on services that are available
on Sundays, please inquire with the Citizens’ Division
(Shimin-ka) in the City Office.

What can be done at the City Office and Branch
住所の変更届出、住民票の交付、印鑑登
録などは市役所市民課と各支所でも可能
です。国民健康保険の加入・そう失は市
役所国民健康保険課で手続きしてくださ
い。国民年金の加入・そう失は市役所国
民年金室と各支所でも可能です。
Offices
You can register a change of address, receive a
Certificate of Residence, and register your seal
(Inkan Toroku) at the Citizens’ Division (Shimin-ka) in
the City Office and at branch offices. To join or to
withdraw from the National Health Insurance
Program (Kokumin Kenko Hoken) or if you have lost
your health insurance card, go to the National Health
Insurance Division (Kokumin Kenko Hoken-ka) in the
City Office. To join the National Pension Program
(Kokumin Nenkin) or if you have lost your pension
card, go to the National Pension Office (Kokumin
Nenkin-shitsu) in the City Office or to a branch office.
