IT Application Operation Specialist (Leader)
Manage IT Application Operation Team to plan and manage all
systems operations activities and ensure high system availability
and stability to SF3-JP business.
IT アプリケーション・オペレーション・チームを管理する。また、すべての
システムの運用活動を計画・管理し、SF3-JP の事業活動に対し、システ
ムの高度な可用性と安定性を保証し、その成長を実現する。

1st Level Support Team (Vendors) Management
1 次レベルサポートチーム（ベンダー）のマネジメント
2.
2nd Level Support Team (Vendors) Management
2 次レベルサポートチーム（ベンダー）のマネジメント
3.
3rd Level Support/ Maintenance Team (Internal+Vendors)
Support
3 次レベルチーム（内部開発チーム＋ベンダー）へのサポート
4.
主幹システム：
Windows Server, MS-SQL, .Net をベースと BMW APAC Market
の為に独自に開発されたアプリケーションシステム
Core Systems：
Windows Server, MS-SQL, .Net basis application systems
Own-developed for BMW APAC markets
必須要件
（スキル・
語学力等）
Requirements

ITIL（IT サービスマネジメントのベストプラクティス、グローバル標
準）に精通していること
Very good knowledge on ITIL processes

リーダーシップがあり、ユーザーと円滑にコミュニケーションできる能
力があること
Strong leadership and flexible communication skill with
users

日本語が母国語であること。英語力 TOEIC750 点以上であること
Japanese native, English proficiency: Business level and
higher

3-5 年以上の同じ様なポジションでの経験があること
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

ウェブシステムオペレーションとサポートチーム（ベンダーを含む）の
管理経験があること
Experience in web-system operation and support team
leader/ manager roles

.Net, Windows Server ベースの開発・運用を管理した経験があれ
ば尚可
Experience in management of development or operation
of .Net, Window Server basis systems, is preferable

MS SQL のサポート・メンテナンスの経験があれば尚可
Experience in support and maintenance of MS SQL, is
preferable

1 次レベルサポートでの経験があれば尚可
Experience in 1st level support is preferable
