The sample was burning with application of microwave oven. The numbness of tongue was caused by eating the gratin. It turned out that ammonium nitrate is contained in high concentration by capillary electrophoresis analysis. The concentration of nitrate ion and ammonium ion was 72mg/g and 21mg/g, respectively. In the burning experiment for the spiked with ammonium nitrate, the carbonization was observed at 5% or more of concentration.
