Abstract / アブストラクト
When thermoforming of carbon fiber reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP), the ply splitting
occurs often due to shear deformation. The ply splitting is one of defects in the
thermoforming process. Forming simulation is an effective tool that can predict the
splitting. In this study, a method to evaluate the splitting by using PAM-FORM has been
proposed.
炭素繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチック（CFRTP）のプレス成形において，せん断変形に起因
するスプリッティングがしばし発生する。スプリッティングはプレス工程における成形不良
の一つであり，その予測が可能となれば成形解析はさらに有効なツールとなる。スプリッ
ティングを PAM-FORM で評価する手法の検討について紹介する。
