カンファレンスルームコラボレーションルームのみのご利用の場合は、開催日2ヶ月前よりご予約承ります。
◆ A special compensation fee for interruption of business is required when renting out the Library Cafè in its entirety.
◆ Up to 30 minutes additional use extension of each time block can be reserved.
◆ The following special nighttime discounted rate applies for significant event move-in / set-up that requires the use of Roppongi Academyhills spaces（ 50% off the room fee from 21:00∼ 9:00 ）.
◆ Reservation for Tower Hall A or B, Conference Rooms and Collaboration Rooms can be made two months prior to the event day.
