ご入会の際、テキストを１冊ご購入いただきます。A text book is required to buy upon entering.
＜ご注意事項＞

振替に関して（予約制）Make up (Need reservation)
週 2 回以上通われている方は 1 ヶ月 1 回の振替ができます。
週 1 回の方は 2 ヶ月に 1 度振替ができます。
Make up classes are available once a month for twice a week students.
Make up classes are available once within two months for once a week students.
Please make arrangements at the office.
退会に関して Quit
●
月の途中退会の場合は返金できません。退会の際は月前 13 日までにお申し出下さいませ。
If your child needs to quit Smile Club, please alert reception before the 13th of the month previous to their leaving
(e.g. If your child is quitting Smile Club on March 1st, reception needs to be notified before February 13th). If
reception does not receive notification by the 13th, there will be a full tuition charge for the following month.
●休会に関して Absence
1ヶ月のみ10,000円でお席を確保させていただきます。2ヶ月以上になりますと通常月謝となります。
There will be a ¥10,000 operation and maintenance fee for children who have an extended absence for 1 month.
This fee will also hold your child`s place at Smile Club. For absences exceeding one month we ask that you remove
your child from Smile Club or pay the regular monthly school fee.
●お月謝お支払いシステム Payment
通常のお月謝は郵便口座より毎月末引き落としとなります。口座名義はご家族に限りお受け致します。
We require the debit authorization of your Japanese post office account every month.
●8 月サマースクールに関して
スマイル生徒様には格安でサマースクールを毎年行っています。
コースの方へお申し込みいただいた生徒様はサマースクール代金を現金またはお振込みにてお支払いいただきます。
尚、サマースクールに参加できない場合は 8 月分の維持費 10,000 円を 7 月 31 日に引き落としさせていただいておりま
す。サマースクールにお申込み頂けない際は 8 月を休会扱いにさせて頂きます。
We have a special Summer School Program every year. The application requires payment by cash or direct deposit
into our bank account.There will be a ¥10,000 absence fee (to cover school operations and maintenance) for
children who will not join the Summer School

NLP プラクティショナー取得。
幼児期には様々な心の変化や成長があります。スマイルクラブでは心のケアに重点を置き、お子様と親御様のサポ
ートを行っています。何かの原因で英語嫌いになってしまったお子様もスマイルで楽しく英語を学んでいます！
お母様だけで悩むことはありません。
英語はもちろん、ご家庭、進学、友人関係など、どんなことでも気軽に相談へいらしてください。
In early childhood, there is a large amount of emotional change and growth. We focus on providing support and
mental health care for our students and their families. If your child does not enjoy learning English, we will do our
best to encourage them to have fun learning!
