Kinetis Kシリーズ:
少ない外付け部品
フリースケールはKシリーズの開発におい
て最高レベルの集積度を実現しました。そ
れによって、マイコン・エンジニアがオ
ンチップの機能を使えるため、外付け部
品を減らすことが可能になりました。例
えば、アナログ回路の集積として16ビッ
トADコンバータが挙げられます。高性能
な内蔵ADコンバータによって、高価な外
部回路を不要にしています。他にも、プ
ログラマブル・ゲイン・アンプ、6ビット
DAコンバータを組込んだアナログ・コン
パレータ、K50に内蔵されたオペアンプ
やトランスインピーダンス・アンプなどが
あります。また、内蔵のハードウェアによ
る静電容量式タッチセンサは、外部の静電
式タッチパッドとの直接接続を可能にしま
す。UART回路はスマート・カードとの接
続やマンチェスター・エンコーディングを
サポートします。USBコントローラはUSB
用電源レギュレータを内蔵しています。K
シリーズの機能と性能について更に調べる

の中で最高性能のCortex-M4を搭載しています。Kシリーズには約200品種のバリエーシ
ョンがあり、32KBから1MBのフラッシュ・サイズのオプションと組合わせることの出来
る、測定・制御・コネクティビティそしてセキュリティといった多様なペリフェラルが用意
