第 8 回アジア・オセアニア生理学会連合(FAOPS)2015 年大会のお知らせ
日本生理学会会員各位
2015 年 11 月 22 日（日）-25 日（水）の 4 日間，タイ国バンコク市において、第８回アジア・
オセアニア生理学会連合大会（8th FAOPS Congress）が開催されます。すでに早期登録の受
付が始まっており、4 月 30 日が締切です。演題締切は 8 月 31 日です。
また、若手研究者のトラベル・アウォードの締切も 8 月 31 日です。出身国にかかわらず、科
学的な質を選考基準として選出するため、日本からの応募も歓迎する、とのことです。
本大会では、Bert Sakmann，Erwin Neher，および、Aaron Ciechanover の 3 名のノーベル賞
受賞者を始めとする著名な研究者の講演が予定されています。

なお、この第 8 回大会は、2019 年に神戸で開催される予定の第 9 回大会につながる重要な大
会です。本学会からもできるだけ多くの会員の参加が望まれます。FAOPS2019 神戸大会を成
