2014‐3‐26 TS対象人数の決定のための参考資料
下記条件を満たす場合、自動車向け専用エリア（ライン)の人数を、TS 監査工数の計算の対象人数として限定して利用
することができます。

造工程から物理的に分離する。(例えば
別の建物に移すとか自動車と非自動車
製造ライン/機械の聞に恒久的な障壁を
設けるなど)
 自動車製造工程で働く人員はその専業
であること
 全ての支援活動者を従業員数に含むこ

注:自動車製造工程が非自動車製造工程と製造
現場を共用している場合は.この要求事項は適
用されない。
P131:
一つの建物でもフロアが異なれば、自動車と非
自動車に分けることができる。
下記の例では、２F と３F は自動車、１F は自動
車と非自動車だが、恒久的な壁がないため、１F
の全従業員が TS 監査工数計算用の対象人数
となる。

Application for Audit Day Reduction for Rules 5.2.h Completely Separate Automotive Production Line and Dedicated Employees If a portion of the site is dedicated to manufacturing automotive products and completely separated
from non-automotive, then that portion of the headcount can be used to determine the audit man
days for quoting purposes.
The certification body shall submit this application form together with the waiver form to VDA QMC
for approval. Approval is required prior to implementation.
NOTE: All information submitted shall be in English or German.
The following criteria must be met:
 The audit scope must include all automotive products produced by the organization.
 The automotive production area(s) must be physically separated from the non-automotive area(s).
“Physically separated” means separate building, permanent barrier, etc.
 Personnel working in the automotive manufacturing process areas are completely dedicated.
 All employees that support the site (on-site or remote e.g. purchasing, engineering, management,
supplier development, quality, part time, temporary, contract employees, etc.) must be included in the
headcount.
If conditions change, a new application shall be submitted to the Oversight office for re-approval.

2) Check applicable conditions below that apply for all process steps from incoming products to final
packaging including all manufacturing processes for all automotive products.

3) Attach a process flow chart/description (written or illustrated) for the above mentioned process steps.
上述のプロセスステップに関して製造プロセスのフローチャート／説明（文章、又はイラストで）を添
付すること。
4) Attach evidence of physical separation: 物理的な隔離の証拠を添付すること。
a. If located in a separate building, attach a picture/map of the site grounds and identify what activities
occur in each building.
もし分離した建物であれば、工場敷地の写真、又は地図を添付すること。各建物においてどのような
活動が行われているか特定／説明すること。
b. If located on a separate floor in the same building as non-automotive production, attach a
picture/map/lay out of each floor of the location (owned by the organization) and identify what activities
occur on each floor.
もし同じ建屋において非自動車製造とフロアが異なっている場合、各フロアの写真／図面／レイアウ
トを添付し、各フロアで行われている活動を特定すること。
c. If co-located on the manufacturing floor with non-automotive production, attach a plant floor layout
diagram and actual pictures of the physical separation.
もし非自動車の製造と製造フロアーを共用しているならば、フロアーのレイアウト図と物理的に隔離
していることを示す実際の写真を添付すること。
Note: The evidence shall be cross referenced to the manufacturing process flowchart.
この証拠は、製造プロセスのフローチャートと相互参照されること。
5) If your CB already conducted a site visit please provide the date and the name of the person who visited
the site. NOTE: a visit is not required before applying.
もし監査機関が事業所の訪問を行っているならば、その事業所を訪問した日付と指名を提出すること。

7) Attach a copy (or screen shot) of audit day calculation sheet showing the proposed audit man days for the
quote.
見積書のために提案した監査日数を示す監査日数計算シートのコピーを添付すること。
8) To maintain approval submit a confirmation signed by auditor after conducting the relevant audit to
confirm that the conditions for the automotive separation are met as described above.
上述のように自動車の隔離の状態が満たされていることを確認するために関連した監査が行われた後に
監査員によって確認の署名を承認申請を維持すること。
