Tea 4.1.2 Non-Payer, Premium 4.1.0.23 （茶）オーソドックス製法およびAfrican CTC以外の茶に対して、認証事業者は 非認証原料として購入した茶のうち、請求書の日付から遡って6カ月以内に限 り、購入した量の最大100%までを認証製品（原料）として販売している（レトロ認 証）。 4.2 Pre-finance 4.2.1 and 輸入組織 4.2.0.01 Pre-financing is given upon request of the producer, unless the operator demonstrates by presenting the report of an assessor (third party lender) that a high level of risk of non-repayment or non-delivery has been associated with the producer. When the relevant market price for a product is higher than the Fairtrade Minimum Price, then the market price has been paid. The correct Fairtrade price is paid taking into consideration the point until which the producers are responsible for the product.
