On February 13, 2015, JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan Chase” or the “Firm”) issued a press release announcing the redemption of the
Firm’s Fixed/Floating Rate Subordinated Callable Notes due 2018. This redemption is not expected to have a material impact on JPMorgan
Chase’s earnings. A copy of the press release relating to this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

JPMorgan Chase Announces Redemption of €750 Million of
Fixed/Floating Rate Subordinated Notes
New York, February 13, 2015 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) today announced that the following series of fixed/floating rate
callable subordinated notes will be redeemed on the redemption date indicated:

The entire outstanding principal amount of this series of notes will be redeemed. The amount payable upon redemption will be 100% of the
principal amount of the notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon (if any) to, but not including, the redemption date. Notice of this
redemption will be dispatched through the relevant clearing systems within the notice period provided for this series of notes.
Payment of the redemption amount will be paid upon presentation and surrender of the notes at the offices of The Bank of New York Mellon at
One Canada Square, London E14 5AL, England.
This redemption is not expected to have a material impact on JPMorgan Chase’s earnings.
