2011年より現職。
代表執行役社長(CEO)を経て、
慶應義塾大学経済学部卒業。
Shigeharu Suzuki at Daiwa Securities Group Inc., the holding company of one of Japan’s largest
investment banks. He was appointed Chairman in 2011 after serving seven years as CEO.
He began his career at Daiwa in 1971. He started off in a domestic branch working with
individual investors, advising clients on asset management with a variety of financial products.
He then moved to the Corporate Finance Department in January 1987. He eventually proceeded
to become Head of Investment Banking Division of Daiwa Securities SMBC, the joint venture
with Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, before being appointed CEO of the entire
organization.
He devotes himself to serving the community in a number of roles. He serves as Co-Chairman of
the Keidanren (Japan Business Federation) Committee on Social Security. He is also a member
of the Keio University Council and he is on the board of the New Japan Philharmonic.
He graduated from Keio University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1971. He studied
abroad as a corporate sponsored student at the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton) in 1986-87.

Katsunori Sago is Head of the Securities Division in Japan and the Deputy President of Goldman
Sachs Japan Co., Ltd. (GSJCL). He is a member of the Securities Division Executive Committee,
the Asia Pacific Management Committee, the GSJCL Board of Directors and the GSJCL
Executive Committee. He is also co-chair of Diversity for Asia Pacific.
He joined Goldman Sachs in 1992 as the Fixed Income swaps and options liaison. He was
named Managing Director in 1999 and Partner in 2000.
He earned a Master of Precision Machinery Engineering in 1992 and a Bachelor of Precision
Machinery Engineering in 1990 from the University of Tokyo.

外交官および芸術関係の専門家として30年近くのキャリアを有す。
1984年に米国情報庁入庁、
アジア3ヶ所への赴任を経験。1992年にプリンストン大学大学院へ入学。
アジア芸術・考古学の博士課程を終了後、
ニューヨーク市のメトロポリタン美術館にて日本美術学芸員を、
またアメリカン・フェデレーション・オブ・アートでは展示担当学芸員を務める。2000年に外交官へ復職。
東京、名古屋、
ワシントン、
ジャカルタにて広報外交担当官として勤務後、駐札幌米国総領事を務める。
2011年7月、陸軍大学校戦略研究修士号を取得。在カブール米国大使館にて広報担当参事官を務めた後、
米国国連政府代表部の広報副部長に就任。
2013年6月、在京米国大使館の政務担当公使として着任。
日本語、韓国語、
インドネシア語、
ダリー語を話す。
ニューヨーク州出身、
イェール大学卒業。
A graduate of Yale College and a native of upstate New York, Donna Welton has nearly thirty
years of experience as a diplomat and arts professional. She began her career with the United
States Information Agency in 1984 and did three tours in Asian posts before returning to
graduate school in 1992. After completing her coursework for a PhD in Princeton’s Asian Art
and Archaeology Department, she worked as a curator of Japanese art at the Metropolitan
Museum of Art and as an exhibitions curator at the American Federation of Arts in New York.
She returned to the Foreign Service in 2000, serving in diplomacy positions in Tokyo, Nagoya,
Washington, and Jakarta and as Consul General in Sapporo, Japan. She also finished a Master
of Strategic Studies at the Army War College in July 2011. Immediately before taking her
previous position as Deputy Director of Communications and Public Affairs at the U.S. Mission
to the United Nations, she was Counselor for Public Affairs in Kabul. She returned to Japan
as Minister-Counselor for Political Affairs in June 2013. Ms. Welton speaks Japanese, Korean,
Indonesian, and Dari.

Masako Mori

Empowerment and Child-Rearing)
平成19年、第21回参議院議員選挙当選。
自民党法務部会長、副幹事長を経て、平成23年、参議院法務委員
会理事、東日本大震災復興特別委員会理事を務める。参議院行政監視委員長に就任したのち、平成24年に
第二次安倍内閣で女性活力・子育て支援担当大臣、
内閣府特命担当大臣（消費者及び食品安全、少子化対
策、
男女共同参画）
に就任。平成25年に第23回参議院議員選挙当選。
東北大学法学部卒業。
平成7年より弁護士登録。
Elected as a member of the House of Councillors in 1997, Masako Mori has taken a variety of
positions including the Director, Judicial Affairs Division, Policy Research Council, the Liberal
Democratic Party of Japan as well as the Deputy Secretary-General, the Liberal Democratic Party
of Japan. In 2011, she took the position of the Director, the Standing Committee on Judicial
Affairs, and Special Committee on Reconstruction after the Great East Japan Earthquake,
House of Council Director. Following her career as the Chairperson, the Standing Committee on
Oversight of Administration, House of Councillors, she became the Minister in charge of Support
for Women’s Empowerment and Child-Rearing.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Tohoku University, and has been registered as a lawyer
since 1995.
