B. The electricity network in the project consists
of underground and overhead network with a
meter for each participant. The bidder must
supply each consumer with smart electrical meter.
The bidder must collect wages of electricity
consumption from consumers and deliver them to
our Directorate .
Companies interested in participating in this
project must know that this is the first stage of
sharing the private sector in electricity network
maintaining and operating and raising wages of
electricity , there will be another additional stages
to be added in this side next period..... with
