（2015年秋出発学期留学）
グローバル教育推進室では以下のとおり、Sophia AIMS Program (SAIMS) による交換留学の追加募集（二次募
集）を行います。
１．出願資格および留学資格（学内）
1) プログラム参加までに32単位以上を取得していること。
留学期間中の修得単位数にも次の学則が適用されます。
学則第40条：連続する2か年において、学部学科が指定する授業科目を含む32単位以上を修得できない者については、
教授会の議を経て学長が退学を決定する。

留学希望大学の要求する英語スコアを持っていること。
学科長の承諾があること。
心身ともに健康であること。
経済的保障及び保証人の承諾があること。
注：SAIMSプログラムへの参加は、通常の交換留学など、その他の留学プログラムへの応募を妨げません。また交
換留学経験者のSAIMSプログラムへの応募も可能です。（但し留学の回数にかかわらず、修業年限（＝卒業に
必要な年数）として認められる留学期間は最大１年（2学期）、単位換算が可能な単位数は最大30単位までとな
ります）。交換留学などその他の留学プログラムと併願する場合は、必ずその旨と優先順位を願書に記載して下
さい。

考に合格しても留学先大学の判断で留学許可が下りない可能性があります。

＜Form A＞
・日本語または英語で記入すること。
＜Form B＞
・英語で記入すること。
・証明書類は有効期限内（受験日から2年以内）であること。
・TOEFL ITPは提出は原則不可。
・TOEFL iBTスコアはウェブサイトからのプリントアウトでも可。
・書類の原本の提出を求めることがあるので、各自で保管しておくこと。
・第5志望まであれば全て記入すること。
※ 合格したら必ず行く意思のある大学のみ記入すること
・学科長の面接を受け、承諾書の記入を依頼すること。
2014年春学期分までの全成績が記載されているものをA4サイズでLoyola（ロヨラ）か
ら出力すること。
（プリントアウト方法：「履修成績照会」→（過去を含めた全成績を選択）「ファイルに出
力」→「ファイル出力開始」→印刷マークを押す）
・コピー3部は、オリジナルのコピー（「複写無効」の文字の出たもの）でよい。
・毎年4月に行われる内科検診を含む定期健康診断を必ず受診していること。
（診断の結果によっては留学不可になることもある）
＜個人情報についての大学の取扱い方針＞
１）提出された出願書類に記載された個人情報は交換留学選考および手続以外の目的では使用しません。
２）学内選考において不合格になった者の出願書類は選考後、6ヶ月以内にグローバル教育推進室職員が責任を持って廃棄処分とし
ます。

Sophia AIMS (SAIMS) Program
（For students who wish to study abroad starting Autumn
(August-September) 2015）
1. Eligibility and Requirements
1) To have obtained 32 or more credits at Sophia by the time to starｔ the program.
The following Sophia University Regulations should apply even during the period of the exchange program.
Article 40: A student who does not acquire 32 credits or more, including those for courses specified by the faculty or
department, in two sequential years, shall be dismissed, on the decision made by the President after deliberation by the
faculty meeting.

To have met sufficient language requirement to study abroad

To be physically and mentally healthy to study abroad
Financial support and approval from the guarantor
Note : The SAIMS Participants are also eligible to apply for the regular Exchange Program. The students
who have already participated in another Exchange Program are also eligible to apply for the SAIMS Program.
However, please note that the maximum period of study abroad counted as residence requirement for
graduation is one year (two semesters) only, and the maximum number of transferable credits is up to 30
regardless of how many times students have participated in the exchange programs.

photocopies of each in A4 size. Then place them in order and staple the left top corner of each set.

Make an appointment with the chairperson of the department and request
approval for submitting the application.
Copy of the latest academic records covering up to the spring semester 2014
must be printed out from Loyola in A4 size.
One original and three copies must be submitted. (Photocopied document with
the words “invalid copy” is acceptable)
An applicant must have completed the Sophia medical check-up in April of last
year.
(An applicant’s selection for the SAIMS Program may be rescinded due to the
results of the check-up.)
＜Policy on use of personal information for the exchange program＞
1) Office of Global Education and Collaboration will not use the personal information on the application forms for any purpose
other than the internal selection and necessary procedures for the exchange program.
2) Office of Global Education and Collaboration will dispose of the application documents of the unsuccessful applicants within 6
months of the application selection.
