この度はヒロボー製品をお買い上げ頂き、ありがとうございます。キットを組み立てる前に説明書を終わりまで
よく読んで、十分理解した上で作業を始めてください。
Thank you for your purchasing HIROBO product. Before assembling this kit, read this manual well to the end and start to work
after understanding sufficiently.

サイド・ウイング・ポッド
①
Side wing pod
引込脚ユニットを 3 個用意します。φ40 ホイール 2 個入り（0004-083 ￥800）
、引込脚セット
（ストリーム50 用 2 個入り）
（0004-094 ￥6,000）等をご使用ください。

両側のスポンソン内に取付けるベニヤ胴枠を仮組みして位置合わせを行います。
③
枠形状と胴体内側形状が合わない場合はサンドペーパー等でベニヤ胴枠を修正して下さい。
左右 2 セット作ります。
① Have three retractable gear units ready. It is recommended to use the φ40 hoile (0004-083 ￥800) or the retruct
gear set(0004-094 ￥6,000).
② Temporarily assemble the plywood fuselage frames to be mounted in both sponsons,
and position them.
③ If the shape of the fuselage frame and the shape of the inside of the fuselage do not match, sand the plywood
fuselage frame to the correct shape with sandpaper or the like. Make two sets for the right and left.

込脚のマウント部材を左図に示すように各 2 セットをカットします。
⑤
側のスポンソン内に入る胴体は引込脚サーボに合わせて加工します。
⑥
胴枠をマスキング等で固定してベニヤ用瞬間接着剤 SLO ZAP CA（2515-012）また
は 30 分型エポキシ接着剤 Z-POXY（2515-020）で接着します。
（左右の接着は胴体
に組込み後、行います。
）

Cut two sets of retractable gear mount component as shown lrft.
⑤ Work the fuselage to go in the right-side sponson according to
the retractable gear servo.
⑥ Fix the fuselage frame with masking tape or the like,
and bond with quick-drying plywood glue SLO ZAP CA (2515-012) or
30 min. type epoxy adhesive Z-POXY (2515-020). (Bond the right and
left after incorporation into the fuselage.)

フロント・ポッド
Front pod
① ノーズギヤ取付け用のベニヤ胴枠を仮組みして、胴体内全部に位置合わせを行います。
① Temporarily assemble the nose gear mounting plywood fuselage frame, and position in the main fuselage.

胴枠形状と胴体内側形状が合わない場合はサンドペーパー等でベニヤ胴枠を修正してください。

If the shape of the fuselage frame and the shape of the inside of the fuselage do not match,
sand the plywood fuselage frame to the correct shape with sandpaper or the like.

胴枠をマスキングテープ等で固定してベニヤ用瞬間接着剤 SLO ZAP CA（2515-012）または 30 分硬化型エポキシ接着剤 Z-POXY
（2515-020）で接着します。
④
でき上がった 3 個の引込脚マウントの胴枠は、耐燃料性を考慮して FRP または ZAP 仕上用エポキシレジン（2515-023）を使用して
胴枠をコーティングしておくと良いでしょう。
③ Fix the fuselage frame with masking tape or the like, and bond with quick-drying plywood glue
SLO ZAP CA (2515-012) or 30 min. type epoxy adhesive Z-POXY (2515-020).
④ It is advisable to coat the finished fuselage frames for mounting the three retractable gears
with FRP or ZAP finishing epoxy resin (2515-023) in consideration of fuel resistance.
