CAS delivers its ruling
トランポリン/タンブリング選手のドーピング違反の件
スポーツ調停裁判所(CAS)の決定
Lausanne (SUI), FIG Office, June 12, 2013: In the dispute between the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)
and the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG), relating to the sanctions imposed on Russian
gymnast Andrey Krylov, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has ruled in support of WADA. As a result,
the athlete has been suspended for a period of two years, with the ban effective from October 01, 2012.
2013 年 6 月 12 日 FIG 事務局(ローザンヌ)：WADA と FIG 間のアンドレイ・クリュロフ TRA 選
手(ロシア)に関する件につきまして、スポーツ調停裁判所(CAS)は WADA を支持する決定を下しま
した。よって、選手には 2012 年 10 月 1 日から 2 年間の資格停止処分が科せられることとなりま
した。
The gymnast was tested positive during an anti-doping control carried out during a Trampoline /
Tumbling Gymnastics World Cup Tournament in Loulé (POR) on Septembre 08, 2012. The B sample
analysis confirmed the presence of banned stimulants .
トランポリン/タンブリング・ワールドカップ・ローレ大会(ポルトガル)期間中の 2012 年 9 月 8 日
に行われたドーピング検査において、この選手から陽性反応が検出されました。B サンプル検体の分
析においても、禁止興奮物質が確認されました。

A hearing was held before the Disciplinary Commission of the FIG in Lausanne (SUI), on November 07,
2012, during which the athlete personaly explained his position. On November 08, the Commission
issued its decision, cancelling all results achieved by the gymnasts at the Loulé Tournament, with the
resulting consequences, points, prizes and ranking. The Commission suspended the gymnast for a period
of 12 months from any sports activity from the date of the notification, considering the fact that the
gymnast accepted his responsibility and that he was able to establish how the prohibited substance
entered his body.
2012 年 11 月 7 日、ローザンヌにて選手に対する FIG 規律委員会のヒヤリングが行われ、選手自
身による説明を受けました。11 月 8 日、規律委員会は選手のローレ大会における結果をすべて削除
し、ポイント、賞金および順位も無効とする決定を下さしました。規律委員会は、選手本人が責任な
らびに禁止薬物が及ぼす影響を認識していた旨を認めたことを受け、通知日から 12 か月のすべての
競技活動における資格停止処分を科しました。
On January 07, 2013, WADA appealed against the FIG sanctions and called for the suspension to be
increased to two years.
2013 年 1 月 7 日、WADA は FIG による懲罰に対して、資格停止期間を 2 年間に延長するよう申
し立てをしました。
On June 10, 2013, in its final consideration and in light of all arguments, the CAS ruled in favour of
WADA's appeal and confirmed a two-year suspension for Krylov .
2013 年 6 月 10 日、すべての論争を踏まえた最終決定において、CAS は WADA の申し立てを支
持し、クリュコフ選手への 2 年間の資格停止処分を確認しました。
