Brian Skillen from America; “The one thing that I will take away
from Seika for life, is learning how to Sumo Wrestle. It has been one of my
best experiences on the trip so far. I lost, but the other guy had at least a
75kg weight advantage!”
Ana Gonzalez from Ecuador; “I was very impressed with the

おかげで
The phrase “okagede,” is most often used with reference
to something that you feel a sense of dept or gratitude
towards and generally means ‘thanks to, or thankfully. ’ It
can also be used when someone asks you how you feel,
however when the reference is made to a person you add
‘sama’ at the end which is the polite form to become 「おか
げさまで」. In this respect it is a polite way of thanking
someone for inquiring about your condition. The 「で」 on
the end is a particle and not part of the word but is
grammatically necessary in most cases.
