Per contrastare il problema della corrosione causata da agenti atmosferici e fertilizzanti chimici, gli Spandiconcime RP2X utilizzano, già nella versione base, un vasto numero di elementi in ACCIAIO INOSSIDABILE. Nella versione base tutte le parti della macchina a più diretto contatto con il concime sono costruite in ACCIAIO INOSSIDABILE AISI 304/2b CERTIFICATO, mentre la versione LX presenta un numero di componenti in acciaio inox ancora maggiore (fanno eccezione il telaio ed il carter verniciatie la scatola ingranaggi in alluminio). La regolazione della quantità distribuita si effettua mediante comando a distanza o comando idraulico; entrambi i sistemi permettono di effettuare sia lo spandimento a pieno campo che unilaterale, destro o sinistro. Le leve di compensazione indipendenti, di cui la macchina è dotata, consentono di orientare le coppe dosatrici posizionando sempre al meglio il punto di caduta del concime sui dischi distributori sottostanti così da ottenere, con ogni tipo di fertilizzante, una distribuzione uniforme e regolare. Le palette, di due tipologie diverse montate su dischi distributori di grande diametro, permettono una notevole larghezza ed uniformità di spandimento. La particolare accuratezza della verniciatura delle parti in lamiera garantisce un’ottima resa sia funzionale sia estetica. AGRIMIX Fertilizer Spreaders offer a wide range of models with often exclusive characteristics designed with long life in mind. The double disk series RP2X, is provided with lowered hopper for an easier loading. The “W” hopper profile allows obtaining a constant and regular feeding of the distributor disks. To avoid the problem of rusting caused by atmospheric agents and by chemical fertilizers the Fertilizer Spreaders RP2X, already in their basic version, have got a wide number of parts in STAINLESS STEEL so, in RP2X basic version all elements most directly touching the fertilizer are made from STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304/2b CERTIFICATE, while in the version LX an even far wider number of components are in stainless steel (apart the chassis and the carter in powder coated steel and the aluminium gear box). The adjustment of the spread amount is made with remote or hydraulic control both allowing to obtain either full field or unilateral spreading, right or left. The compensator levels the machine is equipped with, allow the dosing cups setting so to place always in the best way the fertilizer dropping on the distributor disks underneath to obtain a uniform and regular spreading with any kind of fertilizer. The blades, of two different shapes and fixed on big diameter distributor disks, offer wide spreading width and uniformity. The special accuracy in the coating process of the steel items grants a first rate result both functional and aesthetic. Les Distributeurs d’engrais AGRIMIX offrent une vaste gamme de modèles aux caractéristiques souvent exclusives projetées pour une longue durée. La série à double disque distributeur RP2X, est dotée d’une trémie rebaissée pour en faciliter la charge. Son profil à “W” favorise une alimentation constante et régulière des disques distributeurs. Pour contraster au mieux le problème de la corrosion causé par les agents atmosphériques et par les engrais chimiques les Distributeurs d’Engrais RP2X, déjà dans leur version base, utilisent beaucoup d’éléments en ACIER INOX. Dans la version base toutes les parties de la machine en contact direct avec l’engrais sont en ACIER INOX AISI 304/2b CERTIFIE’ tandis que la version LX a une encore majeure quantité des composants en acier inox (sauf châssis et carter peints et boîte à engrenage en aluminium). Le réglage de la quantité distribuée est effectué par commande à distance ou hydraulique, tous les deux systèmes permettent d’effectuer soit l’épandage à plain champ, soit unilatéral, droit ou gauche. Les leviers de compensation, dont la machine est dotée, permettent d’orienter les coupes de dosage en plaçant toujours au mieux le point de chute de l’engrais sur les disques distributeurs au-dessous si à obtenir toujours un épandage uniforme et régulier quel que soit le type d’engrais utilisé. Les palettes, de deux formes différentes boulonnées sur deux disques distributeurs à grand diamètre, permettent une grande largeur et uniformité de distribution. Pour garantir un résultat optimal, fonctionnel et esthétique, le processus de finition (peinture) est objet de soins spéciaux.
