OES offers the workshop to dive into this style of
entrepreneurship. It will offer exercises in grounding,
presence by Rocco Bruno and Maurizio Turchet and
team building. Furthermore we'll dive into the state of
the world, what's at stake, the future of global business
for small(er) entrepreneurs. You'll discover what you
stand for and how the strengthen this within your
(future) company.
At the end of the week, you'll join a very special
business conference, where business opportunities will
arise and all lessons from the workshop directly may be
put into practice.

steps to transform. the learnings to your personal settings,

In the workshop we'll move on to and play with: Being a leader
or source of inspiration. Strengthening your vision, beyond your
direct services or product, so that you start to inspire yourself
and others. How to make things happen with a very diﬀerent
view on leadership and control. Discover what makes you

We'll also dive into swarming and the lessons of Bees and Ants
for human enterprise and team organization. And we'll find out
what Improvisational Choir Singing has to do with it. We'll also
find out how to use and understand the power of our
weaknesses and, instead of fighting them, let them work for us.
Be prepared to have some 'realities' challenged. Learn to
unblock yourself from wrestling with your weaknesses and how
to reframe them strengths. Play with transforming your

The Holographic Universe and morphic fields theories lead to the
awareness that in the universe everything is information. We are
the result of the sedimentation of information inherited from our
ancestors since the beginning. Some of these neurolinguistic
programs are still valid today, some are not. The out of date

In classical physics every physical object is an energy carrier and it
is subject to the principle of force. It interacts through the exchange
of pulses. In quantum physics appears an additional property: the
