Questa linea di macchine è stata progettata per facilitare l’inserimento di canne vuote
o fili nelle trafile di calibratura. La facilità d’uso di queste macchine è sorprendente,
sarà sufficiente infatti spingere la canna nel foro calibrato per ottenere una punta perfetta e senza scarto alcuno.
Semplicemente cambiando la coppia di martelletti, si possono ottenere tutti i
diametri intermedi da 0.25 a 1 mm (mod. MT/X) e da 1 a 12 mm (mod. MT/S1-S2).
Il modello MT/S2 in particolare può essere abbinato ad un avvolgitore AMT, che
permette alla macchina di eseguire la battitura in continuo di catene, trecce, ecc.
This machine is used to reduce into conical shapes the tip of hollow seamless tube or
solid bars, in order to make drawing and gauging operation easier.
The use of this machine is extremely easy: you just have to push the tube into the
gauged hole in order to obtain a perfect shaped tip without any scrap.
Just by changing the set of hammers, it is possible to obtain all intermediate
diameters from 0.25 up to 1 mm (mod. MT/X) and from 1 up to 12 mm
(mod. MT/S1-S2).
In particular the MT/S2 can be equipped with a spooler AMT which allows the machine
to hammer continuosly chains, plaints, etc.
