OBIETTIVO DEL TIROCINIO:
In general, to understand how an HR department of a multinational company operates on
a day to day basis and in alignment with corporate strategy. The following types of
experiential training and involvement would be examples of the program content:


Talent Development - Training (EAMER – all employees)
Support Talent Dev.t mgr for the following activities:
a) organization of training venues (logistics, cost charges, PO’s)
b) employees’s enrollment to training programmes
c) measurement of instructor performance and effectiveness of/participation to training programmes
d) regional employees’s point of contact for information on training details
HR Administration – Southern Cluster (Italy/Greece)
Support local HR Team for the following activities:
a) Preparation of communication letters/offer letters etc.
b) Updates of policies and procedures
c) Contract management – eg: Fleet
d) Compliance understanding
e) Employee’s Onboarding/Develoment and Exit processes
f) HR metrics/Dashboards
g) Lean & 6 Sigma within a transactional office environment
DURATA E TIPOLOGIA DEL TIROCINIO
6 months from January 2015 – Reimbursement of expenses 600 Euro per month + lunch
CARATTERISTICHE DEI CANDIDATI
English fluent, both written and spoken
Advanced knowledge Windows and Office (in particular Excel)
Inclined to team working and collaboration
Inclined to build interpersonal relations
Inspired by a future career in Human Resources
