Incollatrice per spalmatura dall'alto su fondo scarpa o suole (estraendo il rullo inferiore) e materiali non perfettamente piani; la spalmatura è
effettuata dalla parte superiore con rullo morbido. Adatta per colle neoprene, PU, anche con attivatore ed in generale tutte le colle a base
solvente. Versione standard su basamento regolabile in altezza per facilitare la lavorazione da parte di qualsiasi operatore. Disponibile il
variatore elettronico di velocità. A richiesta è collegabile ai contenitori mod. 2C per alimentazione senza travaso. Disponibili rulli con diverse
morbidezze e finiture superficiali. La testa di spalmatura è estraibile per una facile e veloce pulizia ed il rullo incollatore ed il rullo di trasporto
sono ad estrazione rapida. La macchina è dotata di aspiratore di serie.Importante: nella versione CA l'apertura/chiusura adesivo sono
completamente automatici e viene eseguito un ciclo di pulizia rullo incollatore ad ogni arresto; questo dispositivo, unitamente anche al
variatore di velocità, permette di utilizzare anche adesivi con addensamento molto rapido.
Disponibile versione INOX per uso con colle a base acqua.
Gluing machine for adhesive application from above on shoe bottom ( by extracting the lower roller)or soles and all materials that are
not perfectly flat. Application is carried out by the soft roller on upper part of the machine. Suitable for neoprene, PU and adhesives with
activators and all solvent based adhesives in general. Standard version on base with adjustable height for comfortable operator use.
Electronic speed variator available. This machine can be connected to the 2C mod. containers series for supply onrequest without pouring
adhesives into the machine.Rollers with various degrees of softness and surface finishes are available.
The application head is easily extracted for rapid simple cleaning, and gluing and drive rollers are also easily removed. The standard machine is
equipped with a fume extractor hood. Important : on the CA version the opening/closing device for adhesive distribution is completely
automatic and the roller undergoes a cleaning cycle after each arrest. This system together with the speed variator, permits the use of even quick
drying adhesives. Stainless steel version available for water based adhesives.
