Next October ALFI will fly to Paris to join SIAL 2014 with its own exibition stand. It will be a
special edition of the historic “parisienne” salon which this year celebrates 50 years of
international relevance and blown appointments with leading global players in the agrifood sector.
The traditional Italian cuisine, famous throughout the world, meets the equally
acknowledged French cuisine. ALFI’s products still rely on the Eiffel Tower as a springboard
to reach Europe and beyond its borders.
Porcini mushrooms, grilled artichokes, yellow semidried tomatoes, grilled olives, along with
many other unusual recipes are part of ALFI’s proposal in the dialogue with international
representatives of the food industry.

Il prossimo ottobre ALFI volerà a Parigi per partecipare con il suo spazio espositivo al SIAL
2014. Sarà un’edizione speciale dello storico salone parisienne che quest’anno festeggia 50
anni di appuntamenti dal respiro internazionale e di rilevanza conclamata con i principali
protagonisti mondiali del settore agro-alimentare.
La tradizione culinaria italiana, famosa in tutto il mondo, incontra l’altrettanto apprezzata e
notoria cucina francese. I prodotti ALFI puntano ancora sulla Torre Eiffel come trampolino di
lancio per arrivare all’Europa ed oltre confine.
Funghi porcini, carciofi grigliati, pomodori gialli semisecchi, olive grigliate, assieme a tante
altre ricette inedite fanno parte della proposta ALFI nel dialogo con i referenti internazionali
dell’industria alimentare.
