The story of a G.T.Design product starts out from the raw materials, even before
yarns and weaving processes come into the picture. Our research division
demands an extremely high quality of natural, artificial and synthetic fibres.
We set about identifying the best producers, the suppliers with the highest
credentials. We buy raw materials directly and then oversee the spinning, dyeing
and weaving stages. In many cases we supervise the entire production process in
order to have a complete guarantee of the result. When we select a fibre we assess
its aesthetic, functional and ethical characteristics. We choose natural materials
because they are biocompatible, recyclable and profoundly and symbolically
elemental. Over the years we have created a vast selection of textures and weaves
for floor coverings, a range of unbeatable variety.
G.T.Design products are exclusively handmade by artisanal techniques. This is a
choice we made many years ago and that we have never abandoned. It is a
strategy that can be hard to maintain in a sector based on the uniformity of design
and development. For our products are based on the rule of one person, one day,
a day’s work at the loom, taking the time needed...
Our belief in the value of work done by hand has paid off, earning us our reputation
as a company which offers a unique, different, personalized service. We are not
interested in standard products. We want to offer character. All of our products are
different, thanks to inconsistencies in binding on the loom, the variations in dyes,
and fibres which are always different.
Each product goes on to experience a different story, combining with the light in
its setting, creating colour effects like a painting, or possibly shedding some pile,
giving rise to changes in the compactness of the surface.
What others see as a limitation, for us is a quality and a merit.
La storia di un prodotto G.T.Design comincia dalle materie prime, ancora prima dei
filati e delle lavorazioni tessili. La nostra ricerca pretende uno standard di qualità
altissimo per le fibre naturali, artificiali o di sintesi che utilizza. Vengono
identificate le produzioni migliori, i fornitori con le credenziali più alte, acquistiamo
la materia prima direttamente e la indirizziamo nelle fasi di filatura, tintura,
tessitura. Controlliamo in molti casi, l’intera filiera produttiva per avere una
garanzia completa sul risultato. Di una fibra controlliamo i valori estetici, funzionali
ed etici. I materiali naturali sono scelti perché biocompatibili, riciclabili,
profondamente e simbolicamente primigenei. Abbiamo costruito negli anni un
catalogo ampissimo di texture e tessiture per pavimentazione, di una varietà che
rimane ineguagliata.
I prodotti G.T.Design sono fatti esclusivamente a mano con tecniche artigianali.
Questa è stata una scelta intrapresa molti anni fa e mai abbandonata. Una politica
spesso difficile da mantenere in un settore nato sull’omogeneità della progettazione
e sviluppo. Perché per i nostri prodotti vale ancora la regola di un uomo, un giorno,
il suo lavoro a telaio, il tempo necessario… Una politica di valorizzazione della
produzione manuale che ci ha premiato e inscritto nel solco di chi è in grado di
offrire un servizio personalizzato, unico, diverso. Noi non ricerchiamo le prestazioni
conformate. Con un oggetto, offriamo il carattere.
Ogni nostro prodotto è diverso, ci sono le incostanze delle legature a telaio, ci sono
le variabili di tintura, ci sono le fibre mai uguali alle altre.
Ogni prodotto vive la sua storia in modo diverso, si combinerà con la luce
dell’ambiente, virerà il colore come un quadro, nell’uso ci potranno essere delle
perdite di fibre a pelo, nasceranno variazioni alla compattezza di superficie.
Ciò che per altri è un limite, per noi diventa pregio e privilegio.

Entirely handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, the Luoghi collection of
carpets makes lightness the main expression of modern luxury. Fully hand painted
on both sides, the combination of durable wool fabrics with a rich signature color
palette makes each element a unique and unrepeatable piece.
Hand sewn seams and modularity help the designer create textile paintings that
combine practicality with elegance for a uniquely welcoming ambiance and
atmosphere.
Interamente realizzati a mano in ogni minimo dettaglio, i tappeti della serie Luoghi
fanno della leggerezza il principale elemento di modernità. Completamente dipinti
a mano su entrambi i lati, uniscono la durevolezza delle lane all’unicità delle
colorazioni, che rendono ogni elemento un pezzo unico e irripetibile. Le cuciture
manuali e la modularità dei singoli elementi aiutano il progettista a dare forma a
questi dipinti tessili, che uniscono eleganza e praticità e portano atmosfere uniche

The unusual but successful combination of jute and a gleaming yarn of our
conception worked on manual loom to create surface curls, makes Paglietta an
unique and high performance objects that suits both for indoor and outdoor use.
Being Hand woven on demand means that we can customize the rugs: in widths
of 70/170/200/250 cm. to the desired length.
L’intreccio per G.T.DESIGN. si fa elegante e sofisticato. La singolare ma felice
associazione di juta con un lucente filato di nostra concezione e la lavorazione a
telaio manuale in riccioli superficiali, rendono Paglietta un oggetto unico e
performante sia per gli interni che per l’utilizzo in outdoor.
La tessitura a mano on demand consente di produrre tappeti delle misure
desiderate: partendo da un’altezza di 70/170/200/250 cm, si possono avere nella
lunghezza desiderata.

Passo Doppio
Passo Doppio is a “long rug” which extends into its setting accompanied by a
rhythmic pattern, with breaks of colour and texture built in.
The two materials alternate vibrantly, marking out a pace, measuring the time
and regularity that accompany the long narrow spaces it is designed to inhabit.
Passo Doppio is also available in big sizes (maximum height 5 meter).
Passo Doppio è un “tappeto lungo”, il cui sviluppo nello spazio è accompagnato
da una ritmata presenza, una pausa cromatica e tattile, inserita nella trama.
L’alternanza delle due materie si avvicenda, scandendo i passi, segnando una
misura del tempo e della regolarità che accompagna gli spazi stretti e lunghi per
i quali è stato pensato. Passo Doppio è comunque disponibile anche in grandi
dimensioni, fino ad un’altezza massima telaio di 5 metri.

Memories of Eastern culture, of far flung places and distant history. Bands of colour
that evoke scenes, eras and styles that are both remote and yet recognisable,
familiar. We combine these unique motifs to form one-off pieces, using rugs that
are 30-50 years old that we decolour, recolour and then piece together, stitching
carefully to respect the different textures.
Il ricordo di una cultura orientale lontana nel tempo e nella storia. Fasce di colore
che raccontano scene, epoche, stili distanti e insieme comuni, quotidiani. Una
traccia mai uguale, che compone pezzi unici, utilizzando tappeti di 30-50 anni,

Introduction
The general terms and conditions set out below apply to all orders (hereinafter referred to as “Orders”) together with the special conditions on the order form, with reference
to products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) sold by G.T.Design. If contradictions between these arise, the special conditions apply.
In accordance with the terms of art. 1418 of the civil code the invalidity of one of the single conditions does not imply the invalidity of the entire contract described below
(hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) or the Order.
These special and general conditions represent the agreement reached between the parties and annul and replace any other agreement previously established between
them, be it written or verbal.
Any modifications or additions to these special and general conditions must be agreed by the parties in writing.
The fact that one of the parties, even repeatedly, abstains from demanding that the other party fulfils this contract does not imply that the former relinquishes the rights
arising from the contract.
Orders
Orders are to be considered valid and accepted by G.T.Design only if confirmed in writing by the latter by means of submitting these general and special conditions to the
buyer. These must then be countersigned for acceptance by the buyer and sent to G.T.Design. Should the order confirmation contain modifications with respect to the order,
these modifications will be considered tacitly accepted after 5 (five) working days if the buyer does not submit a written objection.
G.T.Design reserves the right to execute the order only in part without this granting the Buyer the right to raise an objection for failure to execute the remaining part of the
order, or resolve the Contract for this remaining part, or claim compensation.
G.T.Design may suspend and/or cease production of products in the event that market and/or production conditions demand it, without granting purchasers any right to make
claims or lodge complaints.
Product Characteristics - Modifications
Any information, data on the characteristics and/or technical specifications of the Products contained in the product technical data sheets, leaflets, price lists, catalogues or
similar documents are binding only to the extent to which they are referred to in this Contract. The colours of the products represented in brochures, sample books and
informative or advertising material in general will not be and are not guaranteed to be identical to the finished products. For all products variations of +/- 3% on the sizes
supplied or requested are to be considered the norm.
All the intrinsic characteristics of the product, shown on labels/technical maintenance information attached to each product cannot be considered a point of contention.
G.T.Design reserves the right to implement technical modifications to Products while fulfilling orders, modifications that do not alter the intrinsic characteristics of the products
but which may be deemed necessary or opportune to ensure better usage of the latter.
Delivery terms
Except in the case of alternative arrangements the goods are supplied ex-factory.
Should G.T.Design foresee not being able to deliver the products on the date agreed for delivery, it undertakes to inform the Buyer in due time, indicating, where possible,
the predicted delivery date. It is understood that where delays attributable to G.T.Design exceed a period of 8 weeks, the Buyer may resolve the contract regarding the
products which are delayed, with prior warning of 10 days to be communicated in writing to G.T.Design.
Any delays for causes not attributable to G.T.Design cannot be attributed to G.T.Design, namely delays arising from the need to modify products as per point 3.2, or arising
from actions or omissions of the Buyer (e.g. failure to communicate the indications necessary to supply the Products).
In the event of a delay to delivery attributable to G.T.Design, following notification of default by the Buyer in writing to G.T.Design, the buyer may request compensation for
the damages effectively suffered, up to a maximum of 5% of the price of the Products delivered late.
Except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence by G.T.Design, the payment of the sums indicated in point 4.4 excludes any further payment of compensation
for failed or delayed delivery of Products.
In the event of a delay attributable to the Buyer, G.T.Design reserves the right to charge the buyer the costs to be sustained due to this delay (such as, purely by way of
example, storage costs).

General terms and sale conditions
Payment conditions
G.T.Design, in the event of an increase in the cost of raw materials and the cost of production between the date of the order confirmation and the delivery date, reserves
the unappealable right to rectify the sale price up to a maximum of 15%.
The price of the Products indicated in the special or order conditions, to be considered not inclusive of the value of packaging and assembly, must be paid by the date and
according to the terms indicated in the special conditions described above.
Independently of the terms of the order confirmation, in any case payment is considered as made at the offices of G.T.DESIGN. The issue of promissory notes or cheques
does not count as a balance or entail moving the site of fulfilment or novation of the original obligation. The purchaser must cover the costs of the promissory notes and
relative bank charges. Payments must be made out to G.T.DESIGN s.r.l. Receipts of payment, discounts, etc. issued by agents, distributors or representatives of G.T.DESIGN
will not be considered valid without the written authorisation of the latter. The purchaser may not suspend, delay, withhold or offset payments even in the event of objections,
complaints or delivery delays due to G.T.DESIGN. G.T.DESIGN has the right to attribute payments to earlier invoices, with the addition of the costs and default interest, in the
following order: costs, interest, credit capital.
Regarding sums payable to the Seller and not paid within the agreed time, default interest will be calculated as per article 5 of legislative decree n. 231 of 9 October 2002.
Where deferred payments are foreseen, it is specified that failure to pay even one single instalment, or the reduction in the guarantees presented by the purchaser
automatically determines the lapse of this benefit, granting G.T.Design the right to demand the immediate payment of the full price. G.T.Design also reserves the right to
delay fulfilling the order or to annul it wholly or in part, should the Buyer fail to make payments punctually at the agreed deadlines, even if these regard previous orders
already fulfilled by G.T.Design.
In the event of failure to pay the product price G.T.Design, even with regard to previous orders already fulfilled by G.T.Design, or in the event of reduced solvency of the Buyer,
has the right, without requiring to issue an injunction, to:
- suspend delivery of the Products, even with regard to orders which are not those covered in the present conditions, as per article 1460 of the Civil Code, until the complete
payment of the sum owed: the capital, the interest and the expenses;
- consider resolved all contracts with the buyer, in the event of definitive default on these, even with regard to orders which are not those covered in the present conditions,
demanding a penalty of 50% of the price of the Products not paid, except in case of compensation for greater damages.
Product Guarantee
The guarantee is valid for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the date of the delivery of Products and cannot in any circumstances be suspended or extended due to lack
of use of the Products, even if this is due to repairs under guarantee. The purchaser must examine the Products promptly on arrival at destination and notify G.T.Design, in
the following 7 (seven) working days, on condition of lapse of this guarantee, of any incomplete or erroneous deliveries, or evident defects. Once this period has elapsed the
products supplied are held to be accepted unreservedly by the purchaser, who consequently relinquishes the right to protest about any product defects. These
communications must be made in writing directly to G.T.Design and contain an indication of the product code and relative delivery date, as well as a detailed description of
the defects observed.
G.T.Design does not guarantee that Products will fulfil specific criteria or technical characteristics, nor that the Products will be suitable for particular uses, except to the
extent to which these characteristics have been expressly stated in the contract or relevant documents cited in the Contract.
Except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, in the event of product defects, poor quality or non-conformity of Products, G.T.Design is held only to repair the
latter or to supply Products to replace the defective products, as soon as possible and in any case, within the terms agreed on each occasion. G.T.Design reserves the right
to examine the goods in question on its premises and to express the final opinion on any defects, as well as to establish how these are to be repaired. The guarantee will
be fulfilled on G.T.Design premises, therefore the product must be sent to the company, upon express authorisation of G.T.Design, at the liability and shipping expenses of
the client. It is understood that the aforementioned guarantee (consisting in the obligation to repair or replace the Products) assimilates and replaces the guarantees or
responsibilities foreseen by law, and excludes all other responsibilities of G.T.Design (both as per the contract and not deriving from contractual obligations) and in any case
originating from products supplied (e.g. compensation for damages, lack of earnings, product recall initiatives, etc.).
G.T.Design is not responsible for the improper use, erroneous or negligent treatment of Products by the purchaser or people acting on the purchaser’s behalf.
It is understood that any complaints or objections do not give the Buyer the right to suspend or delay payments for the Products in question, let alone other orders.
7.
Retention of Ownership
It is agreed that the Products delivered remain the property of G.T.Design until the latter has received the complete and full payment of the price.
8.
Competent court – applicable law
This contract is disciplined by the norms contained in the Italian Civil Code regarding sales.
Any controversy arising from this contract or related to it shall be resolved exclusively by the court of the premises of G.T.Design. In a partial departure from the
aforementioned terms G.T.DESIGN, at its sole discretion, nonetheless has the right to have recourse to the judge in the location where the purchaser is based.

Premessa
Le presenti condizioni generali si applicano unitamente alle condizioni speciali previste nel modello d’ordine a tutti gli ordini (di seguito denominati “Ordini”) aventi
ad oggetto i prodotti (di seguito denominati “Prodotti”) di G.T.Design. In caso di contraddizione prevalgono le condizioni speciali.
In deroga a quanto previsto dall’art. 1418 c.c., l’invalidità che dovesse investire una delle singole condizioni non andrà ad inficiare automaticamente la validità
dell’intero Contratto qui di seguito descritto (di seguito denominato “Contratto”) né l’Ordine.
Le presenti condizioni speciali e generali, rappresentano l’accordo raggiunto tra le parti ed annullano e sostituiscono qualsiasi altro accordo, precedentemente
intercorso tra le medesime, tanto per iscritto quanto verbalmente.
Ogni eventuale modifica o integrazione delle presenti condizioni, speciali e generali, dovrà essere concordata dalle parti per iscritto.
Il fatto che una delle parti si astenga, anche più volte, dal pretendere il puntuale adempimento del presente Contratto dalla controparte, non comporta rinuncia
alcuna, da parte della prima, al pieno esercizio dei diritti nascenti dal contratto stesso.
Ordine
l’Ordine è da considerarsi valido ed accettato da G.T.Design solo se confermato per iscritto da quest’ultimo mediante l’invio al Compratore delle presenti condizioni
generali e speciali, le quali, a loro volta, dovranno essere controfirmate per accettazione dal Compratore ed inviate a G.T.Design. Qualora la conferma d'ordine
contenga modifiche rispetto all'ordine, le modifiche si considerano tacitamente accettate trascorsi 5 (cinque) giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della conferma d'ordine
senza che l'acquirente abbia manifestato il proprio dissenso per iscritto.
G.T.Design si riserva il diritto di dare esecuzione anche solo parziale all’Ordine senza che da ciò discenda il diritto, in capo al Compratore, di eccepire la mancata
esecuzione per la parte residua, né, tantomeno, il diritto di risolvere il Contratto per detta parte residua, né di pretendere il risarcimento del danno.
G.T.Design può sospendere e/o cessare la produzione dei Prodotti qualora esigenze di mercato e/o di produzione lo richiedano, senza che perciò l'acquirente possa
avanzare pretesa o reclamo alcuno.
Caratteristiche dei prodotti - Modifiche
Eventuali informazioni, dati sulle caratteristiche e/o specifiche tecniche dei Prodotti contenute nelle schede tecniche dei prodotti, in dépliants, listini prezzi, cataloghi
o documenti similari saranno vincolanti solo nella misura in cui tali dati siano stati espressamente richiamati dal presente Contratto. I colori dei prodotti rappresentati
in brochure, campionari e materiale informativo o pubblicitario in genere non possono essere e non sono garantiti quali identici ai prodotti finiti. Per tutti i prodotti
si considerano nella norma variazioni di +/- 3% sulle misure fornite o richieste.
Tutte le caratteristiche intrinseche del prodotto riportate nei cartellini/schede tecniche e di manutenzione allegati ad ogni prodotto non possono essere considerate
oggetto di contestazione.
G.T.Design si riserva di apportare ai Prodotti, nel corso dell’esecuzione dell’Ordine, le eventuali modifiche tecniche che, senza alterare le caratteristiche essenziali
degli stessi, dovessero risultare necessarie o opportune per un migliore utilizzo di questi.
Termini di consegna
Salvo patto contrario, la fornitura della merce s’intende Franco Fabbrica.
Qualora G.T.Design preveda di non essere in grado di consegnare i Prodotti alla data pattuita per la consegna, egli dovrà avvisarne tempestivamente il Compratore
per iscritto, indicando, ove possibile, la data di consegna prevista. È inteso che ove il ritardo imputabile a G.T.Design superi le 8 settimane, il Compratore potrà
risolvere il Contratto relativamente ai Prodotti di cui la consegna è ritardata con un preavviso di 10 giorni, da comunicarsi per iscritto a G.T.Design.
Non si considera imputabile a G.T.Design l'eventuale ritardo per causa non imputabile a G.T.Design ovvero discendente dalla necessità di modificare i Prodotti di
cui all’art. 3.2 o da comportamenti od omissioni del Compratore (ad es. mancata comunicazione di indicazioni necessarie per la fornitura dei Prodotti).
In caso di ritardo nella consegna imputabile a G.T.Design, il Compratore potrà richiedere, previa messa in mora per iscritto a G.T.Design, il risarcimento del danno
effettivo da lui dimostrato, entro il limite massimo del 5 % del prezzo dei Prodotti consegnati in ritardo.
Salvo il caso di dolo o colpa grave da parte di G.T.Design, il pagamento delle somme indicate all'art. 4.4 esclude qualsiasi ulteriore risarcimento del danno per
mancata o ritardata consegna dei Prodotti.
In caso di ritardo imputabile al Compratore, G.T.Design si riserva il diritto di addebitare al Compratore i costi che dovesse sostenere a causa di questo ritardo (quali,
a titolo meramente esemplificativo, i costi di magazzinaggio).

Condizioni di pagamento
G.T.Design, in caso di aumento dei costi delle materie prime o dei costi di produzione tra la data di conferma d’Ordine e la data di consegna, si riserva il diritto
insindacabile di rettificare il prezzo di vendita sino al massimo del 15% dello stesso
Il prezzo dei Prodotti indicato nelle condizioni speciali o ordine, da intendersi non comprensivo del valore dell’imballo, dell’assemblaggio, dovrà essere corrisposto
entro il termine e secondo le modalità indicate nelle condizioni speciali sopra descritte.
Indipendentemente da quanto previsto nella conferma d'ordine, il pagamento si intende in ogni caso eseguito presso la sede di G.T.DESIGN. Il rilascio di effetti cambiari
od assegni non vale come saldo e non comporta spostamento del luogo di adempimento o novazione dell'obbligazione originaria. Sono a carico dell'acquirente il costo
degli effetti e delle relative spese bancarie. I pagamenti devono essere effettuati a favore di: G.T.DESIGN s.r.l. Incassi, sconti ecc. effettuati da agenti, distributori o
rappresentanti di G.T.DESIGN non saranno considerati validi in difetto di autorizzazione scritta da parte di quest'ultima. L'acquirente non può sospendere, ritardare,
trattenere o compensare i pagamenti neppure in caso di contestazione, reclamo o ritardo nella consegna da parte di G.T.DESIGN. G.T.DESIGN avrà il diritto di imputare
i pagamenti a saldo delle fatture più anteriori nel tempo, maggiorate dei costi e degli interessi di mora, nel seguente ordine: costi, interessi e credito capitale.
Sugli importi dovuti al Venditore e non pagati nei termini pattuiti, verranno computati gli interessi di mora nella misura prevista dall’art. 5 del d.lgs. n. 231 del 9
ottobre 2002.
Ove venga previsto un pagamento dilazionato, si precisa che il mancato pagamento anche di una sola rata o la diminuzione da parte dell'acquirente delle garanzie
prestate, determina automaticamente la decadenza dal beneficio del termine, legittimando la richiesta di pagamento immediato dell'intero prezzo da parte di
G.T.Design, che si riserva, inoltre, il diritto di ritardare l’esecuzione dell’Ordine o di annullarne, in tutto o in parte, il contenuto, qualora il Compratore non provveda
al tempestivo pagamento alle scadenze pattuite, anche se relative ad Ordini precedenti, già eseguiti da G.T.Design.
G.T.Design, inoltre, in caso di mancato pagamento del prezzo dei Prodotti, anche se relativo ad Ordini precedenti, già eseguiti da G.T.Design, oppure in caso di
diminuita solvibilità del Compratore, avrà il diritto, senza necessità di diffida, di:
- sospendere la consegna dei Prodotti, anche se oggetto di ordini diversi da quello disciplinato dalle presenti condizioni, ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui all’art. 1460
c.c., fino all’integrale pagamento del dovuto, tanto del capitale, quanto degli interessi e delle spese;
- ritenere risolto ogni contratto con il Compratore, in caso di definitivo inadempimento di questi anche relativamente ad un ordine diverso da quello disciplinato
dalla presenti condizioni, esigendo una penale pari al 50 % del prezzo non corrisposto dei Prodotti, salvo il risarcimento di ogni maggior danno.
Garanzia per vizi
La garanzia opera per un periodo di 12 (dodici) mesi dalla data di consegna dei Prodotti e non potrà in nessun caso essere sospesa o prolungata in conseguenza
del mancato utilizzo dei Prodotti, anche se dovuto ad interventi di riparazione in garanzia. L'acquirente deve esaminare i Prodotti prontamente dopo il loro arrivo a
destino e comunicare a G.T.Design, nei successivi 7 (sette) giorni lavorativi, a pena di decadenza dalla garanzia, eventuali consegne incomplete od erronee, come
pure l'esistenza di vizi palesi. Decorso tale termine la fornitura si considera accettata senza riserve dall'acquirente, con conseguente rinuncia dello stesso ad
eccepire qualsiasi vizio del Prodotto. Tali comunicazioni devono essere fatte per iscritto direttamente a G.T.Design e contenere l'indicazione del codice prodotto, e
della relativa data di consegna nonché la descrizione dettagliata dei vizi riscontrati.
G.T.Design non garantisce la rispondenza dei Prodotti a particolari specifiche o caratteristiche tecniche o la loro idoneità ad usi particolari se non nella misura in
cui tali caratteristiche siano state espressamente convenute nel contratto o in documenti richiamati a tal fine dal Contratto stesso.
Salvo il caso di dolo o colpa grave, G.T.Design sarà tenuta, in caso di vizi, mancanza di qualità o difetto di conformità dei Prodotti, unicamente alla riparazione degli
stessi o alla fornitura di Prodotti in sostituzione di quelli difettosi, il prima possibile e, in ogni caso, entro i termini concordati di volta in volta. G.T.Design si riserva
di prendere in visione le merci contestate presso la sua sede e valutarne a suo insindacabile giudizio eventuali difetti, così come di giudicare le eventuali modalità
di ripristino. La garanzia sarà eseguita presso gli uffici della G.T.Design, pertanto il prodotto dovrà essere inviato, previa autorizzazione espressa della G.T.Design,
sotta la responsabilità e con i costi di spedizione a carico del cliente. È inteso che la suddetta garanzia (consistente nell'obbligo di riparare o sostituire i Prodotti) è
assorbente e sostitutiva delle garanzie o responsabilità previste per legge, ed esclude ogni altra responsabilità di G.T.Design (sia contrattuale che extracontrattuale)
comunque originata dai Prodotti forniti (ad es. risarcimento del danno, mancato guadagno, campagne di ritiro, ecc.).
G.T.Design non è responsabile per danni causati da un uso improprio, trattamento difettoso o trascurato dei Prodotti da parte del Compratore o suoi aventi causa.
È inteso che eventuali reclami o contestazioni non danno diritto al Compratore di sospendere o comunque ritardare i pagamenti dei Prodotti oggetto di contestazione,
né, tanto meno, di altre forniture.
7.
Riserva di proprietà
È convenuto che i Prodotti consegnati restano di proprietà di G.T.Design fino a quando non sia pervenuto a quest'ultimo il completo ed integrale pagamento del prezzo.
8.
Foro Competente – Legge applicabile
Il presente Contratto è disciplinato dalle norme del Codice Civile in materia di vendita.
Per qualsiasi controversia derivante dal presente contratto o collegata allo stesso sarà esclusivamente competente il Foro della sede di G.T.Design. A parziale deroga
di quanto sopra previsto, G.T.DESIGN ha nondimeno la facoltà di adire, a propria insindacabile discrezione, il giudice del luogo ove ha sede l'acquirente.
