„Vom Korn zum Brot“ - Erlebnis-Familienwanderung
Bei dieser Wanderung besuchen wir einen Bauernhof wo Sie das Leben des Bergbauern hautnah erleben können. Gleichzeitig können Sie
das Brotbacken im alten Steinbackofen miterleben und das frischgebackene „Bauernbreatl“ verkosten.Vom Bauernhof wandern wir weiter
in das Terner Mühlental, wo wir eine ganze Reihe von Kornmühlen
und die Erdpyramiden vorfinden. Wir besichtigen eine Mühle in Funktion. So können Sie erleben wie durch die Kraft des Wassers, auf die
verschiedenen Bestandteile der Mühle übertragen, das Korn zwischen
den Mühlsteinen zerrieben und schließlich zu Mehl verarbeitet wird.

“Dal grano al pane”
- Escursione per le famiglie
Nel corso di questa escursione visitiamo un maso contadino, possiamo renderci conto da vicino della vita dei contadini di montagna.
Contemporaneamente potete osservare la cottura del pane nell’antico forno a legna ed assaggiare anche le pagnotte (“Bauernbreatl“)
appena sfornate. Dal maso proseguiamo il nostro cammino nella
Valle dei Mulini di Terento dove incontriamo tutta una serie di mulini
e di piramidi di terra. Visitiamo un mulino in funzione. Potete così osservare come la forza idraulica, trasferita sui singoli componenti del
mulino, sminuzza il grano fra le macine, trasformandolo poi in farina.

“From grain to bread”
- Experience family hike
During this walk, we visit a farm where you can experience the life of farmers. At the same time, you can look at the bread baking in the old stone
oven and taste the freshly baked “Bauernbreatl”. From the farm we walk
further into the Terner Mill Valley, where we find a lot of grain mills and the
earth pyramids. We visit a mill in function. So you can experience how
by the force of the water, which is transferred to the various components of
the mill, the grain is grinded between the millstones and finally gets to flour.

Themenwanderung: Der Almweg 2000
Das Gsiesertal ist kein Tal alpiner Sensationen; markante Gipfelzacken sucht
man hier vergebens, auch kein Gletscherweiß. Dafür ist hier noch so manches ursprünglicher als anderswo, man ist den bäuerlichen Wurzeln Südtirols näher. Auf den Almen weidet im Sommer das Vieh, wird da und dort
gekäst. Der „Weg 2000“ verbindet mehrere Gsieser Almen und eröffnet so
Möglichkeiten für schöne, kaum anstrengende Wanderungen – besonders
lohnend im Herbst, wenn die Wälder sich verfärben und die Lärchenbestände golden aufleuchten.

ancient traditions are unmatched in all of South Tyrol. In summer, the pastures
come alive with grazing cattle, horses and many more animals, while fresh
cheese is made in the many rustic mountain inns.
At 2000 m above sea-level, the trail runs past several meadows and inns
on an easy and relaxed but none the less breathtaking route. Do not miss
it in autumn, when the forest slowly changes its colour and the larches start
turning to a golden amber.

Milchprodukten und denen Veredelung zu schmackhaftem Jogurt, Butter und
Käse. Sogar die Energie wird direkt am Hof erzeugt. Im neuen Stall und der
neuen Käserei können Besucher bei einem Rundgang den Werdegang von
Milch zum Käse kennenlernen und mitverfolgen. Dabei haben sie die Möglichkeit unter fachkundiger Anleitung, selber einen Weichkäse mit verschiedenen Gewürzen nach individuellem Geschmack herzustellen und mitzunehmen. Mit einer Verkostung der Hofprodukte endet das spannende Erlebnis.
