Il dispenser per colle poliuretaniche rappresenta un segmento
innovativo per Europoliuretani.
Questo sistema è stato creato per la stesura della colla poliuretanica monocomponente, che mediante un dispenser permette
di applicarla manualmente e facilmente sui vostri pannelli/manufatti.
La colla poliuretanica è un composto capace di unire tenacemente diversi tipi di materiali, tra cui il legno, il metallo, il vetro, il
cemento, la vetroresina e la plastica.
La sua efficacia si basa sull’adesione superficiale (fase di adesione) e sulla forza di attrazione che le molecole adesive esercitano tra loro (fase di coesione).
Le sue evidenti caratteristiche e il semplice utilizzo, permettono
l’uso delle colle poliuretaniche in molti settori industriali e non.
The dispenser of polyurethane adhesives represents an innovative segment for Europoliuretani.
This system has been created for the drawing up of the monocomponent polyurethane adhesive, which using a dispenser, allows to apply the adhesive in a manual and easy way upon your
panels/artifacts. The polyurethane adhesive is a compound able
to strongly merge different materials like wood, metal, glass, cement, fiberglass and plastic.
Its effectiveness is based on the surface adhesion (adhesion
phase) and the power of attraction that the adhesive molecules
exerted between themselves (cohesion phase).
Its plain characteristics and the easy application, allow the use
of the polyurethane adhesives in many industrial areas and in
other sectors.
Gli accorgimenti tecnici adottati nella progettazione e costruzione del sistema, la particolare cura nella scelta di componenti e
materiali di primissima scelta e qualità, rendono la macchina di
uso facile e pratico, permettendo inoltre di ridurre al minimo la
manutenzione legata all’erogazione di questo prodotto.
The technical devices taken in the design and in the construction of the system, the particular attention paid to the choice of
quality components and materials, make the system easy and
fast to use, allowing also to minimize the maintenance related to
the injection of this product.
Caratteristiche del sistema
Il sistema è composto da un carrello movibile nel quale vengono
applicati sia il sistema pompante che manda il fluido dal fustino
(disponibile da 20 lt. o 50 lt.) alla pistola di erogazione; sia un
nebulizzatore di liquido (utilizzo opzionale) che velocizzerà la
catalizzazione della colla una volta applicata al pannello.
System features
It is a movable carriage where the following parts are applied:
the pumping system that sends the fluid from the small barrel
(available in 20 lt. or 50 lt.) to the dispensing gun and a liquid
spray (optional use) that serves to accelerate the catalyzation of
the glue once applied to the panel.
La tubazione che collega la pompa alla pistola e la base in cui è
posizionato il fustino della colla vengono entrambi riscaldati, per
permettere sia di fluidificare meglio il prodotto in condizioni di
temperature fredde, che una maggiore velocità di reazione della
colla stessa.
Anche il cambio del fusto vuoto avviene in un modo semplice e
veloce: è sufficiente sollevare il coperchio con la pompa a membrana incorporata e sostituirlo a quello del fusto nuovo.

In questo modo il sistema è già pronto per essere utilizzato nuovamente.
Una volta terminato il lavoro invece, la parte anteriore del dispenser viene rimossa con un semplice “click”: è proprio questa
facilità nello staccare e sostituire il dispenser che rende semplice
l’eventuale manutenzione.

The pipe that connects the pump to the gun and the base where
the glue barrel is positioned are both heated in order to allow to
dilute better the product if at cold temperatures and to increase
the reaction of the adhesive.
Also the exchange of the empty barrel takes place in a fast and
simple way: it is sufficient to lift the cover with the diaphragm
pump incorporated and apply it to the full barrel.
In this way the system is ready to be used again.
Once the job is over, the front of the dispenser is removed with
a simple “click”: it is this ease in disconnecting and replace
the dispenser the reason that makes simple to perform maintenance.
