XILOBOND T è un adesivo poliuretanico per costruzioni in legno. È un adesivo liquido igroindurente monocomponente, formulato con speciali resine poliuretaniche ad elevatissime prestazioni, studiato per incollaggi strutturali. Non contiene formaldeide e metalli pesanti. XILOBOND T 2 XILODOND T is a polyurethane adhesive for timber construction. Liquid single component moisture curing adhesive, formulated with special high-performing polyurethane resins, specially designed for bonding purpose in the assembly of structural timber. Formaldehyde-free and heavy metal-free. Applicazioni Use XILOBOND T è espressamente indicato per l’incollaggio di legni resinosi (abete, pino, douglas) destinati alla produzione di pannelli lamellari, pannelli listellari per serramenti esterni e finestre, semilavorati soggetti ad esposizioni a forte umidità. XILOBOND T può essere impiegato per la produzione di legno lamellare secondo il punto 4.5 della norma EN 14080-2005, per prodotti quali KVH, bilama, trilama e per pannelli portanti strutturali tipo X-LAM. Idoneo per l’incollaggio di specie legnose termotrattate (tipo THERMOWOOD). XILOBOND T is particularly suitable for gluing parts of resinous wood (spruce, pine, douglas) for the production of laminated panels, outdoor blockboards, windows, semi-finished products subject to high humidity. XILOBOND T can be used for the production of glues laminated timber according to point 4.5 of EN 140802005 standard, for products like KVH, duo/trio laminated timber and Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels for timber construction. Suitable for gluing thermal modified woods (like Thermowood). L’adesivo poliuretanico monocomponente XILOBOND T soddisfa i requisiti di classificazione per gli adesivi di Tipo I della norma europea EN 15425 specificati nei punti da 5.2 a 5.6. 5.2 Resistenza del giunto al taglio a trazione longitudinale per giunti sottili 0,1 mm e per giunti spessi 0,5 mm, secondo la norma EN 302-1. 5.3 Resistenza alla delaminazione, secondo la norma EN 302-2. 5.4 Resistenza alla trazione perpendicolare della linea di colla dopo trattamenti climatici, secondo la norma EN 302-3. 5.5 Effetto del ritiro del legno sulla resistenza a taglio, secondo la norma EN 302-4. 5.6 Carico statico su provini a linee di incollaggio multiple in taglio a compressione, secondo la norma EN 15416-2. L’adesivo poliuretanico monocompenente XILOBOND T di Tipo I è idoneo all’utilizzo per la fabbricazione di componenti prefabbricati di legno da impiegare in strutture portanti per le classi di servizio 1, 2 e 3 della norma EN 1995-1-1, come definito al paragrafo 4 tabella 1 della norma EN 15425:2008. XILOBOND T 6 Adhesives for structural applications must produce joints whose strength and durability ensure that the bond remains in the assigned service class for the entire expected life of the structure. The one-component polyurethane adhesive XILOBOND T meets the European standard EN 15425 requirements for Type I adhesives, as specified in paragraphs 5.2 to 5.6. 5.2 Bond strength in longitudinal tensile shear strength for thin joints (0.1mm) and thick joints (0.5 mm), according to standard EN 302-1. 5.3 Resistance to delamination, according to standard EN 302-2. 5.4 Determination of tensile strength perpendicular to the bondline after climatic treatment, according to standard EN 302-3. 5.5 Effect of wood shrinkage on shear strength, according to standard EN 302-4. 5.6 Static load test of multiple bondline specimens in compression shear, according to standard EN 15416-2. The Type I one-component polyurethane adhesive XILOBOND T is suitable for use in the manufacture of prefabricated timber components for load-bearing structures in service classes 1, 2 and 3 of standard EN 1995-1-1, as defined in paragraph 4 table 1 of EN 15425:2008.
