Un efficace sistema di pulizia che risponda agli standard più rigorosi è altrettanto importante dell’alta qualità
degli ingredienti.
La scelta del processo di lavaggio varia in funzione dell’impianto di produzione e CMI è in grado di offrire sempre
la soluzione più adeguata, prestando la propria assistenza al cliente fin dalle fasi di progettazione generale.
I sistemi di riempimento CMI possono essere dotati
dei più conosciuti sistemi di lavaggio e sanificazione
CIP/SIP.
Oltre a questi sistemi, frutto della propria esperienza nel settore, CMI ha brevettato ULTRA CLEANING
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM, dedicato ai settori produttivi con particolari esigenze igieniche e adattabile a
qualsiasi liquido, con costi di pulizia particolarmente
economici.
I sistemi CIP o ULTRA CLEANING e il processo di sterilizzazione SIP eseguono la pulizia automatica degli
impianti senza smontarli o apportare modifiche sostanziali al loro assetto operativo.

The choice of the washing process is changing in accordance with the packaging plant supplied and CMI is able

CMI filling systems can be equipped with the most
known washing and sanitizing systems CIP /SIP.
Other than the above indicated systems, as a result
of the experience in the field, CMI has patented the
ULTRA CLEANING ELECTONIC SYSTEM, dedicated
to the production field where special hygiene needs
are required and adaptable to any liquid type with
reduced cleaning costs.
The ULTRA CLEANING or CIP system as well as the
SIP sterilization processes carry out the plants automatic cleaning without dismantling or modification
to the operational framework.
