Purchasing order terms and conditions
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS Orders have to be done through the
dedicated forms and sent by e-mail
([email protected]) or by post to ASD Cuore
Grinta Passione, via R. Sanzio 20 - 20094 Corsico (MI) or hand
delivered to the association headquarter or to Sgagnamanuber
shop in via Friuli 61, Milano, within and not over deadlines defined
by ASD Cuore Grinta Passione. Payment has to be done through
bank tranfer or cash, simultaneusly to the order. For a total
amount over € 516,45 payment though bank transfer is
mandatory. In case of bank transfer a copy of related receipt or
CRO number is required. If no payment will be completed within
three days, the order is withdrawn.
ORDER HANDLING Orders will be carried out according to
deadlines and procedures defined by ASD Cuore Grinta Passione.
Necessary condition to satisfy order is to reach the minimum
quantity required by the manufacurers to strat production.
Quantities can be different for each product. In case order cannot
be fulfilled by the established deadline, it will be carried out in a
following restock and members interested in will be informed . If
production would not be possible, related cost is reimbursed
excluded bank commissions. Only in special cases, subject to an
agreement with ASD Cuore Grinta Passione, it will be possible to
produce on request a single garment, but all production costs wll
be charged to purchaser.
SHIPMENT All goods will be sent according to agreement among
purchaser and ASD Cuore Grinta Passione. Additional costs for
warehousing or for a second delivery due to missing addressee or
wrong destination address will be charged to addressee.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS Goods substituition is not foreseen,
except for defective ones, that will be replaced with an identical
one, within the deadline defined by ASD Cuore Grinta Passione.
To order RACING KIT or to benefit of PRICES RESERVED TO
MEMBERS to attach membership card or to indicate the card
number data is mandatory.
