IN VITRO DIAGNOSTICS
La diagnostica in vitro è il risultato di una delle più entusiasmanti
applicazioni della scienza e della tecnologia, in quanto consente di
ricavare dal campione biologico di una persona, informazioni affidabili
ed essenziali sul suo stato di salute e la conseguente identificazione
delle cure più efficaci, a fronte di patologia.
Il costante e continuo sviluppo dei reagenti ha portato ad un
considerevole incremento della sensibilità degli stessi e di
conseguenza delle analisi nella diagnostica in vitro, consentendo un
migliorato livello di prevenzione, causa principale dei goals raggiunti

In Vitro Diagnostics is the result of the most fascinating applications of

I NanoChromesTM sono NanoParticelle che inglobano una molecola
fluorescente (NanoFluoroChromes) o più molecole, sempre fluorescenti

In view of their conformation, the NanoFluoroChromes avoid exposure
of the fluorophore to the water medium, ensuring greater signal stability,
considerably reducing the background noise and increasing the
emission efficiency of the molecule within the NanoParticle, because it
does indeed involve a hydrophobic site.
The NanoTandem designed and produced by our researchers exploit
the NPs technology and represent a new generation of Tandem Dyes,
in which different fluorochromes are covalently bonded within the
NanoParticle, thus obtaining different points of absorbance, with single

I NanoBright™ sono reagenti realizzati con nanoparticelle non

preparazioni cellulari, ma anche su membrana (nitrocellulosa e PVDF)

sintetizzate con specifiche biomolecole risultano di grande interesse
per le aziende produttrici, in quanto tools innovativi dalle peculiari
proprietà.
Our experience in the purification, conjugation and optimization of
biochemical products and in the synthesis of different kinds of
NPs allows us to offer a ‘custom made’ service of excellent quality
and efficiency for both conventional and innovative products
based on NanoParticles (e.g. synthesized NPs incorporating special
molecules of the customer and conjugated or functionalized according
to specific requests).

NanoChromesTM and NanoBrightTM modified
Customized NanoParticles according to customer specifications,
produced by including fluorescent and non-fluorescent molecules,
functionalized with different chemical groups and/or conjugated with
proteins, peptides, nucleotide sequences and much more.
CUSTOM MADE IN VIVO DIAGNOSIS: NanoTrackTM
Fluorescent or magnetic NanoParticles to be used as contrast agents
and/or tracers (according to specific customer needs).
CUSTOM MADE PHARMA: NanoCarriersTM
NanoParticles, which incorporate drugs or other cytotoxic molecules,
synthesized with specific bio-molecules that are of great interest
to manufacturers because they are innovative tools with distinctive
properties.
