Ciclo
1.applicazione a rullo su parquet in
precedenza levigato e/o spazzolato.
2.stracciatura tramite due spazzole
controrotanti.
La verniciatrice a rullo applica vernici o
oli su supporti piani per contatto tra un
rullo gommato detto “applicatore” ed il
pannello trasportato sul tappeto.
Il rullo applicatore trattiene sul suo
esterno un film di vernice e lavora a
contatto con un rullo detto “dosatore”.
Il rullo dosatore cromato è montato su
di una slitta che permette di avvicinarlo
o allontanarlo dal rullo applicatore,
con l’effetto appunto di “dosare”
lo spessore del film di vernice che
si deposita, in modo da assicurare
un’applicazione costante.
L’operazione di stracciatura si effettua
con spazzole controrotanti, che
facilitano la penetrazione della tinta
od olio appena applicati nel poro
spazzolato del legno, uniformando
l’applicazione.

The roller coater applies coatings
or oils on flat panels through the
contact between a rubber roller called
“application roller” and the panel
conveyed on the belt.
The application roller holds some
coating on its outside, and it works
in contact with a roller called “doctor
roller”. The chromium plated doctor
roller is assembled on a support which
allows moving it near to or away from
the application roller, with the very
effect to “dose” the thickness of the
coating and guarantee a constant
application.
Wiping is made through counterrotating brushes which facilitate the
penetration of the just applied
stain or oil into the wood brushed
pore, thus making the application
uniform.

La machine à rouleau applique des
vernis ou des huiles sur des supports
plats par le contact entre un rouleau
caoutchouc appelé “applicateur” et le
panneau sur le transporteur à tapis.
Le rouleau applicateur retient sur sa
surface extérieure un film de vernis et
travaille en contact avec un rouleau
appelé « doseur ». Le rouleau doseur
chromé est monté sur un coulisseau
qui permet de le rapprocher ou de
l’éloigner du rouleau applicateur, afin
de « doser » l’épaisseur du film de
vernis qui se dépose, de manière à
assurer une application constante.
L’uniformisation est obtenue par des
brosses contrarotatives, qui facilitent
la pénétration de la teinte ou de l’huile
appliquées dans les pores brossés
du bois, ce qui rend l’application
uniforme.

Die Lackierwalze appliziert Lacke oder
Öle auf flache Träger aufgrund des
Kontakts zwischen der Gummiwalze,
genannt “Auftragswalze” und der, auf
dem Band vorlaufenden Platte.
Die Auftragswalze hält auf ihrer
Außenseite einen Lackfilm und arbeitet
in Kontakt mit einer sogenannten
Dosierwalze . Diese verchromte
Dosierwalze ist auf einem Schlitten
montiert, wodurch sie an die
Auftragswalze angenähert bzw. von
dieser entfernt wird: auf diese Weise
entsteht der Dosiereffekt, d.h. die
Dosierung der Stärke des Lackfilms, der
sich deponiert, was einen konstanten
Auftrag garantiert.
Die Produktverteilung erfolgt mittels
zwei gegenlaufenden Bürsten, was das
Eindringen der so ebenen aufgetragenen
Beize oder des Öls in die gebürstete
Holzpore bei gleichmäßigem Auftrag
vereinfacht.

La barnizadora de rodillo aplica
barnices o aceites sobre soportes
planos por contacto entre un rodillo
engomado llamado “aplicador” y el

El rodillo aplicador retiene en su
exterior una película de barniz y
trabaja en contacto con un rodillo
llamado “dosificador”. El rodillo
dosificador cromado está montado
sobre una guía de deslizamiento que
permite acercarlo o alejarlo del rodillo
aplicador, con el efecto de “dosificar”
el espesor de la película de barniz
que deposita, a fin de asegurar una
aplicación constante.
La operación de cepillado se efectúa
con cepillos contrarrotatorios, que
facilitan la penetración de la tinta o
aceite que acaba de aplicarse en
el poro acepillado de la madera,
uniformando la aplicación.
